We had a great turn out for our Provenance and Consumer Engagement workstream last Thursday! Now more than ever, we as consumers want to know the provenance of something before we buy it, TANZ members are working together to ensure our technology is able to achieve this. 🤝🌱

We had a great time at our first Workstream kick off for Value Chain Optimisation, which was facilitated by Miriam Hall at @plantandfood. Our TANZ members brainstormed the issues, opportunities and needs they feel were most critical and in need of #DataInteroperability.
