In @RaizokuRising we believe in the possibility of redemption. We know things don’t always go as planned.
@Keeennnn was called out a while back for not completing a commission for our community that a large handful of people paid towards. He had ongoing personal issues (which is not an excuse) that he did not communicate well. This is something he has actively been working on improving for moving forward.
Kens has completed the Raizoku piece and it turned out beautifully.
This is where second chances come in. Art is Kens’ livelihood and he fully acknowledges that he was at fault in this scenario due to his lack of follow-up and communication about why there were delays.
He is hoping to obtain new commissions within the Azuki sphere moving forward now that this group art debt has been paid.
He has been made well aware that for the time being he will be expected to complete artworks prior to receiving any form of payment while he continues to rebuild his trust with the community.
Kens is not a scammer, but somebody that needs to improve how he communicates and sets expectations for those he is working with.
Please consider commissioning Kens for future pieces to assist him in his Azuki redemption arc

It’s been a while since I called out a scammer, but let’s be clear: the Garden is full of skilled, thoughtful, and genuinely great artists.
After @RaizokuRising got scammed by Kens, @BiRu_ml stepped up with an incredible surprise for everyone affected by the group commission.
TYSM Biru! 🙏🏼
PS: she cooked this in less than 3 weeks!

For those who missed the earlier post or just want to know who to avoid. Here’s one "artist"/scammer to block:

Back in September 2025, @RaizokuRising started a group commission with them. What followed was a long chain of delays, missed updates, and poor communication. 👇

COMMISSIONER CAUTIONS //
As the @Domain_Wars are picking up again, commission requests might be popping off again. I personally look forward to see what the community and artists are co-creating.
BUT always be mindful of who you work with. The Garden has a strong reputation for commissions, which attracts both passionate creators and those primarily motivated by money.
1. 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵
Some artists genuinely care about co-creation and the story behind the work. Others treat it transactional. Nothing wrong with the latter as long as expectations are clear, they deliver, and you like their style.
2. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆
Artists are human. Life happens, and delays are common. That’s okay. What matters is clear, consistent communication. What separates the best artists from great artists (imo), is their skill to communicate and manage expectations regardless of the challenges they are facing in their private lifes.
3. 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
This protects both sides. What has worked well for me:
10% to get the artist started
25% after first sketch
25% after colouring (this can be after a few iterations on the sketch)
20% after rendering
20% upon completion
Hope this helps; stay SAFU!

Want an immediate revival of @Azuki NFTs while staying web3 and not deviating from the path as it stands? Give them real value.
Anime.com is a tech platform that needs VC money to fulfill its potential, so go raise. Put Azuki on theCap Table as the seed, and then shop it to the VC network native to the Garden and our network for a new round. By taking in a decent seed round and establishing valuation, it immediately puts an inherent value on the NFTs, reinvigorates CS, which could be the potential avenue for future participation apportionment, and adds speculative value on the success of dot com, as an Azuki incubated product. Aligns all holders with dot com because they are bought in to its success and would double down on their engagement and participation. Would be investors could even potentially backdoor participation in future by buying up NFTs and building a rock solid CS.
Azuki can remain web3 and stay on current trajectory while dot com can be the start up it deserves to be. Everyone wins and @Azuki actually lives up to the manifesto.

Is @animecom just another Netflix or Crunchyroll?
Not quite.
Here’s why this Azuki-powered platform is playing a completely different game
------------
1/ Not a copycat.
Netflix & Crunchyroll = subs or ads.
Anime .com = free to watch, no subs, no ads.
Instead, it adds:
- Live premieres
- Chat & profiles
- Digital collectibles + $ANIME
Think Twitch + Crunchyroll + Web3.
------------
2/ The scale of prep.
To compete in anime streaming you need:
- Licensing deals (millions per show)
- Original content budgets
- Heavy infra (servers/CDN)
- Seamless wallet-abstracted UX
This isn’t a casual NFT drop.
It’s a $50M+ level startup play.
------------
3/ The revenue engine.
If it’s free & ad-less, where’s the money?
- Licensed anime collectibles (NFTs, avatars, merch)
- $ANIME token buyback loop
- Physical-backed merch drops
- Studio collabs & partnerships
------------
4/ The real bet.
Anime. com isn’t trying to out-Netflix Netflix.
It’s competing on fandom monetization.
Watch time → collectibles
Collectibles → token demand
Token demand → more anime licensing
A cultural flywheel in motion.
------------
5/ Final take.
@animecom isn’t just launching a new anime platform.
It’s testing a new model for culture itself.
If it works, this is how Web3 breaks mainstream.
