While Musk lashes out at India's government to force Starlink into its market, he is using Starlink in Ukraine as leverage, disrupting military missions. India is right to resist: dependence on US-controlled networks invites political pressure and will destroy domestic programs

❗️ Starlink restrictions are affecting more than long-range missions and frontline logistics, according to presidential adviser Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov. He says Starlink is used aboard interceptor drones that defend Ukrainian airspace against Russian jet-powered Shaheds. Beskrestnov warns the restrictions risk weakening one of Ukraine’s few effective solutions for intercepting these faster attack drones. #Ukraine
So, yet more proof that Russia broke the "truce" for 3 successive nights, while Ukraine has not.
Still Agent Krasnov in the *hiteHouse is silent.
What about Starlink? Two main public figures in Ukraine are adamant they were hampered, and it could NOT have been a coincidence.

The consequences of SpaceX’s new Starlink restrictions may be even more serious than initially reported.
According to Serhiy Beskrestnov, an adviser to President Zelenskyy, the restrictions are affecting not only Ukraine’s frontline.
Starlink is also used in one of Ukraine’s most effective systems for intercepting jet-powered Shahed drones.
Beskrestnov warns that these restrictions could effectively deprive Ukraine of one of the few available ways to defend its skies against these fast-moving Russian drones.

Choosing to defend genocidal, imperialist Russia in its invasion of Ukraine instead of helping the country defending itself is the biggest stain on US history.

Estonia joins Finland’s call to suspend tourist visas for Russian citizens across the European Union.
As Russia continues its relentless assault on Ukraine, bombing cities, destroying civilian infrastructure, and killing innocent people, it is unacceptable that Russian citizens can still enjoy unrestricted leisure travel within the Schengen area.
Visa policy must reflect the gravity of Russia’s ongoing aggression. The EU should continue to strengthen pressure on the Kremlin through all available means.
We also urge the EU to swiftly adopt the necessary implementing acts to establish a comprehensive entry ban on Russian combatants.
We must stop issuing tourist visas for Russian citizens across the EU.
I have invited other EU Member States to join a letter addressed to the European Commission. I am calling for a complete EU ban on Russian tourist visas for as long as Russia continues its war of aggression.
It is not right that Russians can travel to Europe to enjoy the way of life and freedoms here while their country bombs the homes of Ukrainians. Issuing visas to Russians for non-essential travel was banned in Finland already in 2022. The same must finally happen at the EU level.
I am also calling for a ban on Schengen visas to Putin’s inner circle, visa restrictions for Russian athletes, and the effective implementation of the visa ban on Russian combatants.
The EU must act together.

We shouldn't ban Russian tourist visas.
We should ban all Russian visas, revoke residency permits and cancel dual citizenships.

Keep in mind that Musk cutting off Starlink to Ukrainian Forces doesn't affect Ukraine's strikes on Russian territory, as it's already blocked there.
This is Musk purely attempting to limit Ukraine's strikes on Russians INSIDE Ukraine.
Any European governments using Starlink need to understand that the pro-Russian owner of Starlink will cut your defenses at any time if the price is right.

The primary task of those opposing the Russian government is to do everything possible to help Ukraine, including militarily.
This is the largest war in Europe since World War II, and it is being waged in our names. And you will not fucking escape this shame, no matter how much you want to bury your head in the sand and deny it.
And if we’re talking about the interests of the Russian people, Russia’s military defeat is a necessary condition for a change of power in Russia. It is the Russian people’s only hope for a peaceful, democratic country - if that’s what they want.

A Russian ballistic missile attack on Kyiv. Once again, no early warning from our partners. The main target was energy infrastructure, specifically CHPP-4. Unfortunately, it was hit. A residential building was also damaged, and rescuers are currently putting out a fire there. Our systems detected these missiles only when they were already virtually on approach to Kyiv. CHPP-4 is one of Kyiv’s key energy facilities.
According to our intelligence, the Russians are preparing further ballistic missile launches. The facts show that the Russians do not consider themselves bound by what the President of the United States said. Ukraine supported an energy ceasefire. Russia is targeting yet another power plant and the lives of our people.
And this is absolutely unjust: when they are destroying our energy infrastructure, and Ukraine is not even receiving early warnings about ballistic missile launches. It is important that the world does not stay silent about this. And it is important that the United States really see what is happening and who is responsible for this war continuing.
Please stay safe tonight and tomorrow. We are working to replenish our air defenses with anti-ballistic missiles.
