Debating SB 5096 on the House floor 2 have the wealthiest few pay their share w/a capital gains tax. Those with the lowest incomes pay 17% of that income into state & local taxes, while the wealthy few pay 3% or less. I am voting yes to begin to help fix our inequitable tax code.
