New @gamba scam!
I’ve noticed a potentially serious discrepancy in Gamba’s displayed house edge for Marble Race.
After checking the numbers, the actual house edge appears to be 4.17%, while Gamba displays just 2.99% on its website.
This raises the concern that they might be faking the edge of other games as well.
Gamba needs to address this transparently and compensate affected Marble Race players who lost money.
It's truly disgusting how these sites instead of fixing the issues for the betterment of the players, try to silent the issue.
I reported a error to @gamba and they instantly blocked me after seeing the post instead of fixing that up.

I think this is a step towards making crypto gambling more fair and transparent for everyone.
My timeline has been filled with this for weeks: no provably fair system, withdrawals held, "bonus abuse", a random KYC level 3 pulled out at the last second, and "gameplay checks" that appear the moment someone wins.
Here's how it works. You file a case against a casino with your evidence.
1. A resolver reviews it and either approves it or tells you what's missing.
2. The casino gets a chance to respond in a shared thread with you. If they stay silent, the case closes as unresolved and will negatively impact their FairGambling rating.
3. Every case is public, forever. Resolved or unresolved, we publish it either way, including the ones that go against the player.
So we published a set of rules that we'll use to judge every case:

The core of it:
- Withdrawals should be processed without unnecessary delay
- If a casino closes an account, the player should be put into withdraw-only mode and allowed to take their remaining balance out
- If a game is advertised as provably fair, a real provably fair system has to exist. Otherwise we treat it as false advertisement
- If a casino requires KYC, it should be requested before the player deposits, not after they win
- If you take a sports bet, you take the action. Once a casino accepts a bet, it should honor it
If a casino has treated you unfairly, file it and we'll help you with your claim.
The online gambling industry is growing fast.
But it still has one major problem:
Unfair behavior from casinos often has very little consequence.
The old shady casino playbook is simple:
> Get negative PR, a negative thread, or a bad review
> Say nothing for a week
> It dies on its own
> Regulators in Anjouan, Curaçao or wherever won't help anyway
> Repeat
And it works every time.

🚨 Scam alert 🚨
I deposited 0.48 SOL (approximately $50) to the address provided by @official_vave through its @sideshiftai deposit flow.
The transaction confirmed on-chain. SideShift displayed that the funds had been converted to USDT and redirected to a confirmation page.
The balance never appeared in my Vave account.I contacted support within 10 minutes. I was first told to wait two hours for the payment provider.
Support later claimed the transaction was not associated with my account and that the address was incorrect. They should atleast be having a reference number/order ID when users are depositing through third party provider. This is total scam.
A platform that will dispute a $50 on-chain deposit is not a platform I would trust with larger sums. I am posting this so other players do not lose funds the same way.
