Here is the charge sheet and notice of impeachment which the delegation wanted to serve on CEC Gyanesh Kumar. The Delhi Police turned Delhi into a fortress and barricaded every possible route towards the ECI to stop the delegation. Why is the ECI so afraid of meeting former civil servants? I am informed that @DelhiPolice is registering an FIR against the victim and others, and is also considering seizing their phones.
This is deeply concerning. People are standing outside the police station demanding registration of an FIR against an ACP in a molestation case. Instead of acting on the complaint, Delhi Police appears to be proceeding against the victim and those demanding action.
The law is clear - when a woman approaches the police with information disclosing a cognizable offence such as sexual assault or molestation, the FIR has to be registered. An inquiry or investigation into the allegations comes thereafter; it cannot be used as a reason to refuse registration of the FIR.
The female victim who alleged molestation by an ACP along with 17 others who were demanding registration of an FIR, were detained this morning.
She has told me that the detainees were assaulted by the police. Two of those detained were allegedly brutally beaten.
This is @DelhiPolice. To protect their own, the police are now allegedly beating up the victim and those demanding action against the accused.
Instead of protecting the victim and registering an FIR, why are those demanding justice being detained and assaulted? Shame on you Delhi police, release all of them immediately.
They are currently detained in Delhi Cantt police station.

All the flaws of Congress government were human flaws, very desi flaws.
