Something super interesting.
In Shannan’s system - the QB doesn’t change the protection (like ever) - he just throws hot when he has to - that’s why if there is a blitz - the RB is often in protection unless he has a free release route as the actual play call.
The emphasis on the QB is taken off in passing and more of a just “go play ball” — BUT it is HEAVY in checks in the run game where sometimes there are technically 2-4 different plays in 1 call. (They nearly always get a run into the perfect look)
In Lafleur system - the QB is encouraged to get the running back out as often as possible (which requires re-miking, flipping the protection if there are 2 threats, etc) meaning, if there is 1 backer blitzing the QB is “required” to flipper or remike the protection to get the RB out into the pass play - the negative is that this puts more of a presnap* burden on the QB on plays that he has to also physically perform on. Where as in the run game in this system - it’s pretty vanilla and simple to get down.
Just another reason imo why a young guy can play well in the Shannan system quicker IF he can master the run game checks - because the pass game is way simpler when you don’t have to change protection every play.
Another aspect - every word of every play is on a wristband for the Niners, whereas the Lafleur system is hearing a full play from a coach then having to remember and repeat it versus read it off.

Some air is stored in your small intestine, cause this kind of pain because it‘s stuck.
To release the pain, press your index finger and your ring finger against this point quickly and twist your fingers against it. That releases the air and after a few minutes you feel better.
