It's pretty insane that anyone can now reverse-engineer any business with AI in 10 minutes (using REA).
Here's how:
1. Grab the viral REA (Reverse Engineer Anything) GitHub repo and have Claude turn it into a skill called /reverse-engineer
[github.com/morluto/rea]
2. Run: "/reverse-engineer [company name + website]"
3. Have it break down anything you want
β’ who they sell to (ICP)
β’ how they make money (offers)
β’ where their traffic comes from (funnels)
β’ what they're doing that competitors aren't (market edge)
4. Iterate
One cool thing you can do is build your own version.
Tell Claude:
"How can we build this for [my] business?"
"What features can we implement?"
One of the best GitHub repos of the year - by far.

Do Ai Agents become Stupid on a Friday night ? Do these Companies know its probably a good night to burn those credits as there is more users. Pretty sure it was last Friday my agent become a Dickhead. Do they go to the pub on a friday afternoon ?
Why don't you go sit on a big fat pole and swivel.
The war will cost 155 billion euros next year. And we need at least 70 billion euros more from you β for defense, for weapons, and for our resilience. This is a realistic amount. And I ask you to find this support. It will help us hold Russia back.
There are some very simple facts. We stop most Russian assaults on the front line thanks to drones. We cut Russian supply lines with these technologies. And our drones are helping to weaken Russiaβs economy.
Right now, we could produce two or three times more drones β depending on the type. But we simply donβt have enough money for that. Itβs true. Just imagine if we could put two or three times more pressure on Russia than we do today.

Hermes merged 66 PRs on October 14
The ones worth knowing:
β’ Unified gateway runtime: one gateway owns every local session (CLI, TUI, Desktop, API, ACP, bots, and cron)
β’ Desktop update dialog shows real release notes on stable and the latest PRs on main
β’ Windows Store path is healthier: npx MCP and python -m venv work, and Store shipping can skip a stuck signed pipeline
β’ New profiles inherit custom and ${VAR} endpoints correctly, including bare custom launch models in the TUI
β’ Long local-model turns stay alive on laptops instead of dying mid-reply
β’ A recycled PID after reboot no longer wedges the supervised gateway
β’ Nemotron Super 3.5 defaults land, with the model picker order updated and NIM docs refreshed
β’ Stable releases can pick lanes, admit release/* branches, and publish the final Docker tag again
β’ MCP analysis stops dying at the generic tool deadline, and Mistral tool ids stay valid on replay
β’ Language packs for Korean and Brazilian Portuguese, plus Speechify 0.1.1 and a wave of catalog plugins
β’ httpx2 / httpcore2 2.12.0 clears five advisories on the MCP HTTP stack
