Thoroughly enjoyed my visits to @BellsbankPS , @OnthankSchool , HillheadPS and PatnaPS. All staff are embracing key changes to the learning environment (outdoors/indoors), increasing ownership for the children and recording key observations. #ChangingPedagogy

That’s great - it always helps in adult learning when you have credibility & a Lead Practitioner (of pedagogy?) has exactly that. So you believe that ML should be prepared for the role, have you thought how you might prepare for the role of Facilitator of Andragogy?

I really love how this defines leadership. When those who were placed in a position are empowered, the work load of the leader becomes lighter because of it. If you lead with control the load is all on your shoulders and those under you no longer have a need to care.
