Tom Burnett was 38, flying United Flight 93 to San Francisco. He called his wife Deena four times after the hijacking. He told her a passenger had been stabbed, the plane had been taken, and they thought it was going into a building. He already knew about New York from her. He said they were going to do something. Last call: he loved her. Then he and a few others went forward. The plane came down in a field in Shanksville instead of Washington. He never got a famous last line.
