Kirk Loco, middle in first image below, who was cleared of committing an offence under Coco's Law in Bray District Court yesterday, has sued Paul Byrne the principal behind Greystones Guide, an online news outlet for Greystones which has been operating for nearly two decades (Paul Byrne has been the principal for a decade or so, it's apparently just himself and an occasional photographer).
It's apparently a defamation claim after the publication of commentary about Kirk and the 2-year prosecution which ended with Kirk's acquittal yesterday.
