Last month, my daughter Margot was stillborn at 6 months. On yesterday's @PodSaveAmerica, I talked about grief, healing, and the need for people - especially men - to talk more openly about miscarriage and loss. Here's the clip. Hope it helps someone else: youtu.be/Glb2LEFHX_A?t=4308

"New records obtained by KARE 11 show the company that owned a vacant private prison in Appleton, Minnesota offered to sell it to the state in 2025 for $75 million. One year later, the Trump administration agreed to use taxpayer funds to buy the same abandoned prison from CoreCivic, Inc., for $495.6 million. The price difference, $420 million, is more than taxpayers are estimated to have lost in Minnesota’s much-publicized Feeding Our Future fraud scandal." kare11.com/article/news/inve…

Smart to tailor a spot like this specifically for Fox News (and something like 25% of the Fox audience is dems anyway)
Keisha dropped a NEW AD exclusively on Fox News! They don’t think you’ll vote for someone like her – but they don’t know Georgia. Georgians are ready to vote for Keisha Lance Bottoms to lower costs, cut taxes, and pause construction of new data centers – not the billionaire who got rich using corruption and tax loopholes.

Hi, I'm free. Beat up but fine. Police stole my phone. Settlers punched me in the face several times, likely broke @AdeleShoko's wrist and gave @the_andrey_x a concussion. They threatened to shoot us with an assault rifle over and over. Will tell the full story later, but for now, I just want to be clear about what happened. We witnessed two settlers locking a military gate in Umm al-Khair, blocking the only way to more than twenty Palestinian communities: trapping families inside, preventing students from reaching school and workers from their jobs, blocking delivery of food and access to ambulances, etc. It's a crime that the military has this ability at all--but last night, we discovered that random settler terrorists also have the key. We confronted them and began asking questions on camera, and they nearly murdered us for it. When the police finally arrived, they arrested Andrey and me and charged us with assault. The gate is still locked.

1) Morsi was the democratically elected leader of Egypt. That’s why, in that exact same period, Mike Rogers is on the record talking about reaching out and talking to them. Morsi helped broker a ceasefire in Gaza during that period, and then he turned around and did a power grab that was terrible. Many activists were concerned about the military coup and brutal crackdown that ultimately followed. If you don’t like authoritarianism and censorship, wait until you hear about President El-Sisi! 2) Abdul has commented on this repeatedly, and last time I checked, we don’t hold people accountable for actions by their families, especially for their supposed activism 50 years ago. That kind of guilt by association seems pretty un-American, and raises questions about your character and values. 3) Abdul apologized and asked for forgiveness. If you don’t believe his apology, that’s fine, no one is asking you to have grace, but it in no way backs your claim that he doesn’t “represent the values of our party or our nation”. That is some dog whistle language and you know it. 4) This has been litigated a billion times. You clearly don’t care about the facts because you’d rather regurgitate the same old talking points and pretend that Hasan didn’t apologize for the 9/11 comment, etc. Hasan isn’t on the ballot. 5) Like most Americans, most Israelis, and most people around the world, Abdul is not a big fan of Bibi Netanyahu or his government. My grave concern about national security is that Netanyahu is going to once again draw the US into war with Iran. It went pretty fucking badly the first time. Anyone who can’t see that is a fool. 6) Welcome to the year 2026, when most Americans would rather see the US spend money domestically than on foreign wars. Sorry if that upsets you, but you are not in the mainstream. 7) Most public safety research shows that “safety” is a product of a combination of public policy approaches, that includes policing, mental health services, good schools, etc…I want elected officials who understand that nuance and aren’t stuck in these stupid 2020 debates. 8) This campaign has included the most blatant islamaphobia I have ever seen in politics. What’s clear is that you don’t care about it, and you don’t think it’s important. That’s sad and makes me question your character and values.

I’ve been in this fight my whole life. Don’t ever let them make you feel powerless. When working people stand together, there’s nothing we can’t do. Today is the last day to vote early. Let’s go win this thing, Maine.

The main candidates have ruled out allowing those Arab candidates in government, but nevermind that little detail.
BREAKING: Arab parties in Israel are celebrating election night, after securing the high number of seats in Israel's history. The worst apartheid to ever exist.

Zach Lahn must have been confused if he was talking about his farm in Iowa or Kansas.
😬 YIKES: Zach Lahn doesn’t know east from west when talking about his own farm. “Just 28 miles east of here… or west of here.” 👇

Trump's closing argument: - We must urgently renovate the East Potomac Golf Course and protect my staff from flying balls - How dare you make fun of my relaxing White House arts and crafts - Who cares about high gas prices we're making a ton of money
Trump: "Golf balls soar through the holes at high speed and hit unexpecting Golfers—including a White House staffer who was, sadly, hit violently in the chest ... The driving range should NOT be a threat to life and limb. The current condition of the golf course is a National Disgrace, but we will make it a WORLD CLASS PUBLIC Golf Course"

Rob, the hypocrisy is touting that Arab citizens can vote as a sign of democracy and inclusivity while treating their chosen representatives—even those who sat in the government only a few years ago—as unacceptable even as outside supporters of an alternative coalition…when the alternative is a government that includes racists and extremists and a national security minister who was convicted of supporting a terrorist organization; parties that want to annex the West Bank, settle Gaza, and expel Palestinians; and non-Zionist Haredi parties whose constituents largely refuse to serve in the military even in wartime. Obviously opposition leaders have every right to judge such a coalition as the “lesser evil”—but if that’s their choice, it is hard to point to Arab citizens’ right to vote as evidence of their meaningful political inclusion. I did not say this was an easy decision but if it's the one they make it would be a telling one.
A little humility, please. Choosing to govern with the support of #Israel's two #Arab parties may seem like a straightforward political calculus 6,000 miles away but let's not forget that the Joint List, by far the largest of the two, ran on a platform in which it described itself as "a genuine democratic alternative to the racist #Zionist consensus" -- meaning not just an alternative to @netanyahu but to the fundamental idea of the state. The @gadi_eisenkot-led coalition may ultimately decide to rely on their votes to oust the current government but let's not insult people who have devoted their lives to protecting Israel to suggest this is an easy or simple decision. And if they decide against that path, they may have a very good reason. For details: jointlist.org.il/en/platform…

Less than a week until the midterms, and these bozos got baited into another day of fighting about White House decorations. Brilliant strategy and closing message.
We will never apologize for defending the Cheesecake Factory—a GREAT American institution!

OBAMA: I inherited this major financial crisis. I never called my Treasury Secretary and said, “You've got to go to Arby's. Order roast beef. No cheese though that may look elitist.” They don't have solutions to actual problems, so they'd rather have the media and you talking about the Cheesecake Factory.

"They mobilized a whole of government response to that joke!"
OBAMA: The president wasn't even mad. About The Saddam Hussein comparison. That part didn't bother him. But he was very upset about The Cheesecake Factory. He took great umbrage. He said I didn't understand the work of the artisans in the White House. They mobilized a whole of government response to that joke. Not to inflation, but to that joke.

Terrifying footage of settler terrorists attacking and threatening to kill international activists and journalists @the_andrey_x and @infinite_jaz
🚨 TODAY: Settler-terrorists attacked Andrey, Jasper and me. This video shows the assault. Andrey was severely beaten and lost consciousness several times in front of police. Despite this, he was denied hospital treatment. He was put in an ambulance—but instead of being taken to hospital, he was taken to a police station. He is still there, arrested and being denied medical care. Jasper and I were also beaten. Jasper was then pepper-sprayed and arrested.
