My latest podcast:
I believe the world is changing. And the world I grew up in from the 1980’s isn’t going to be the world I die in. The global “world order” is being shaken. How are we to navigate all these changes?

In order to save face, avoid impeachment, and the prosecution of himself, his friends/family over the next couple of years, I expect President Trump will pivot left, and work with Democrats to do some form of the following...
If the Democrats are going to try and impeach Trump, they need to make sure they have enough Republicans on their side, and then impeach him as quickly as possible on day 1. Otherwise, a prolonged impeachment process will likely backfire.
MAGA is dead.
Now rebuild the GOP with leaders committed to what made it great to begin with:
A commitment to the constitution, free markets, small limited government, that's fiscally conservative, being a good trade partner, etc.
I recently moved to Souuth Carolina, not exactly a hot bed of liberals. This is how strongly MAGA has been rejected by South Carolina.

Trump asked Americans to vote like he was on the ballot, and we obliged.
Karoline Leavitt is going to spend the next 2 years polishing a turd at Fox News, and recycling really bad talking points that not even Republicans believe. Fox News is going to have to drop her at some point.

When you finally get a spam text that isn't about the election
I know a lot of Republican/right of center folks voting split ticket in today's election.

You voted for Trump to end wars? He started one.
You voted for lower groceries? He made them more expensive.
You voted for lower gas prices? They went up.
You voted against socialism? He took a government stake in 30+ American companies.
You voted to drain the swamp? You elected the most corrupt president of the 21st century.
Think about what you voted for versus what you got.
Putting up a Christmas tree on Halloween probably isn't normal. It's certainly the earliest I've ever done this. But this year hasn't exactly been a normal year for us! So, to maximize the holiday season this year, we've jumped feet first into Christmas!
Doing my civic duty and voting today. Now if only I could get called upon for jury duty, my life will feel complete.
I have a feeling reading the New Testament that Jesus and the apostles probably wouldn't have voted.
And the apostle Paul would probably have considered it an issue of "Christian liberty" to vote.
And whoever you voted for wouldn't have been considered an ethical dilemma.
I feel the same about Blue Grass competitions. Is there any difference between the North Carolina blue grass music champion and the world champion? Like, are the Japanese out there killing it at the world championship for Blue Grass?
