He is interviewing her this way to leave absolutely zero room for rape deniers to twist her words.
This is a culture Hasan Piker has been instrumental in creating. After Platner's previous victim came forward, Piker ignored the allegations that he grabbed her shoulders and wrists and confined her to a room against her will. He said she just felt “scared of him at times.”
And let's not forget how he said it "doesn't matter" if Israeli women were raped after October 7th.
If you don't want rape survivors to have to give detailed accounts of their assaults, don't contribute to a culture that demands this level of detail in return for belief.

As Israel's largest labor union joins the call for new elections, it's important to acknowledge that the call to replace the current government is no fringe movement.
Israelis need a government that takes responsibility, so we can actually build a better future for all of us, which we desperately need and deserve.

The only sitting congressperson to not support the resolution to condemn Hamas' sexual crimes was Rashida Tlaib.
The resolution passed: 418-0-1.

Numerous Israeli politicians, including war cabinet members, condemned minister Itamar Ben-Gvir as a disgrace to Israel and her people.
October 7th was a tragedy. You cannot disagree with that. The war on Hamas to release the hostages is justified.
But to imply that because October 7th happened that we should move for an ‘end to Arabs in Gaza’ is absolutely sickening and against everything we stand for.
We are not like our enemies, we will never be like them, no matter what this populist is saying.
Ben Gvir and other ultranationalist parliamentarians are using this tragedy to promote hatred and division.
We will liberate ourselves from this self-serving hatful rhetoric and create a world where Israelis and Palestinians live in peace. If you are against this goal then you are an enemy to peace.
