3 years ago, in one of my first chats with @jonsid, we said unlocking the world’s untapped human potential with AI starts with building an enduring company and one of the best places to work. That principle still guides us, and moments like this show how far we’ve come!
Our approach to embracing AI in Talent Development led to @turingcom being named the Top 5 L&D programs of 2025 out of 1000 submissions.
Proud of the team, excited for the future!

A few years ago, if you told me I'd be featured in a Google video talking about how AI is transforming HR, I probably wouldn't have believed you. To me, AI has never been a story about headcount. It's a story about human capability.
Over the past few years, we've seen some incredible outcomes:
✅ 33% reduction in help desk response times within 48 hours of coding
✅ 80% of HR support tickets now handled by AI assistants
✅ More time for our teams to focus on the conversations that require human judgment, empathy, and creativity
But that's only the beginning.
Today, our People team is:
✅ Reducing SaaS spend by building internal AI agents and tools
✅ Partnering as SMEs with some of the world's leading frontier AI labs and our Production Engineering teams on agent development and HR-focused RL environments
✅ Scaling a highly complex global talent strategy with a lean, AI-forward HR team
What excites me most is that AI isn't replacing the human element of HR, it's amplifying it.
Have all our use-cases been perfect? Absolutely not.
Have we learned, iterated, failed, improved, and kept pushing forward? Absolutely.
That's the real story behind AI transformation.
Tools like Gemini serve as our HR innovation lab, allowing us to rapidly test ideas, build proofs of concept, and identify opportunities that can later be scaled into sophisticated production agents and AI-powered solutions.
Thank you to the Google team for the opportunity to share our story.

Exactly. Most complex knowledge work problems are just gaps in those three. Our People team’s AI transformation is breaking jobs down to the elemental level, augmenting & automating tasks so our humans-in-the-loop get compounding leverage.
The gray dots shrink. The blue ones scale.Master the primitives. The rest compounds.
Heading to @CNBC Converge to represent @turingcom, but my daughter just gave me my most important mission yet 😅
She gave me her bracelet and said I have to wear it the whole trip so I “remember her” while traveling and taking pictures.
My Goal: Showcase the transformative AI adoption work our People team has led.
My Mission: Make my daughter proud...and apparently bring back a gift.

Taylor shares how @Turingcom operates on the dogma of engaging team members with creative and strategic ways to leverage large language models (LLMs) and other emerging technology.

While most companies are still struggling to get basic GenAI adoption off the ground, the People & Fulfillment Teams at Turing are already pushing the boundaries of practical, measurable implementation in G&A.
We're not just experimenting, we're delivering real impact at scale. And that's not even the most exciting part.
We're currently deep in the R&D phase of another "by People Team" product that's set to completely revolutionize our Talent Development Strategy.
This one is going to change how we build, grow, and empower talent in the AI era.
As I promised to @jonsid years ago, we continue to "AI our way out of this' The future of work isn't coming, it's being built at Turing.
Four years in, and I still feel day one energy. It’s been an incredible journey so far and I’m even more excited about what’s ahead. Proud to be building @turingcom alongside this team.
Turing has been named one of @FastCompany's Most Innovative Artificial Intelligence Companies of 2026!
The recognition comes at a defining moment for AI.
Bigger models. More data. Greater compute. Now paired with AI coding tools that are helping build the next generation of systems.
Proud to be shaping what comes next!
Another week, another milestone. Great things happening on this journey! Join us

Today at @FIIKSA it was announced that @Turingcom is partnering with @HUMAIN to build the first enterprise-scale AI Agent Marketplace on HUMAIN ONE. This brings together HUMAIN’s AI infrastructure with Turing’s experience building and deploying advanced AI systems.
But what matters most is what this enables.
We’re moving toward a world where AI is not just something teams use occasionally, but something that actually helps run day-to-day work across the enterprise.
With the HUMAIN ONE AI Agent Marketplace, organizations will be able to discover and deploy AI agents, scale workflows more easily, and even build and monetize their own agents in a secure environment.
For a long time, superintelligence has felt abstract. The focus now is making it useful and practical. It should increase productivity, make systems easier to use, and ultimately help unlock more of what people are capable of.
I'm very excited about where this is going.

If you've ever rolled your eyes when hearing "Let's circle back and pressure-test to ensure alignment," congrats, you might be immune to corporate BS.
While corporate buzzwords might sound smart, they could actually be a red flag for bad decision-making.
New research from Cornell finds employees who are most impressed by "corporate bullshit" (aka jargon that's "semantically empty and often confusing") are actually worse at their jobs.
They scored lower in analytical thinking, reflection, and problem-solving in the study.
As researcher Shane Littrell put it, "It's the people that can't tell the difference that seem to have the most problems."
And those most susceptible consistently chose the worst solutions for work-related problems.
The twist is that those same employees are also more likely to see leaders as "visionary" and feel inspired by company missions.
So BS might boost morale, even if it ultimately tank outcomes.

We never stood a chance.
My first interview with @jonsid was going through all my saved games of SimCity 2000 together. He was impressed… until he got to my RollerCoaster Tycoon parks and said they could have been more creative.
Seriously though, if you're looking for your next great adventure using AI to shape the real world, check out @turingcom.

Talent Strategy moving at startup speed to drive innovation. God speed @NASAAdmin
After 50 days on the job, visits to every NASA center, a dozen town halls, and reviewing thousands of workforce submissions, it is clear there is much we can do to better empower our people and focus resources on the most pressing objectives.
Getting back to the Moon means getting back to the basics. NASA must regain its core competencies in technical, engineering, and operational excellence, and in doing so, we’ll save up to $1B a year to fund more missions of world-changing science and discovery.
With the directive issued today, we are strengthening the NASA team and executing urgently on the President’s national space policy.
