That was one of the most humiliating, embarrassing, unacceptable finishes in franchise history. I cannot believe it just happened.
Nobody is getting fired. I would even say nobody should get fired. But that was a fireable sequence. That cannot happen at this level. It is just a completely disastrous and unacceptable outcome.
There is no explaining it. That is as embarrassing as the swinging gate. That was so bad. No hyperbole, that was just amateur hour.
The lack of awareness there is inexcusable. That was a winnable game for the Commanders and they squandered it 6 different ways.
I would love someone to do an analysis of how many touchdowns have been overturned by flags or how many touchdowns have been allowed after flags for the commanders compared to other teams

NFL Officials have some serious explaining to do with respect to Terrible Officiating in the Colts game. Stephon Diggs flagged for Offensive pass interference when the replay did not show him fully extending his arm. Commanders WRs get held on a route Zero Flag. Commanders WR’s get Interfered with on his route and flag is Picked Up????
Still waiting on the Dyami Brown Touchdown reversal against the Cowboys Explanation, his knee was in the End Zone and he had control.

Alan Eck was the head referee for the Commanders game today where they were given 9 more penalties and 79 more yards than the Colts
When he works an Eagles game, they are 8-2. When he does any other NFC East team, they are 3-6 and are given more penalties and more penalty yards
