Was thinking about this this morning, new generation going to raves now thinking DJs should be mixing for hours at the same rate as a 30 second video online - super fatiguing to listen to - but equally, maybe I'm just too old to get it 😅

Sigh, this, but i get it, socials do not reward a slowly crafted blend, it looks too easy, as the visuals r there, gotta be moving faders and tunes around to grab attention, the next gen are growing up on socials so thats what they see, also DNB top tier (jump up) mix like this

The new Minimal Audio synth turning out to be subscription only feels like a 'top 10 music producer betrayals' moment

That drum sound I've been after for about 7 years? Got it mate Now back to never being able to do it again in any other tune and wondering what I was on when I managed it

Nothing feels better than when a tune falls into place after about 5 alternative versions of the same idea

I hate that this is a thing (not Skream, the video creator) Seen multiple videos of his on my tiktok feed and he just points out mistakes in DJ sets - mad toxic Guy would have a fucking field day with some of mine 😂
