We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.

“Do you have it in black?”
We anticipated this.
Black Wand + Mini Card. Available now in the app.

ALT Two black-and-silver keychains called Cash App Tags (tap-to-pay devices) hang against a starry night-sky background. On the left, a gunmetal clasp holds a curb chain ending in a black mini card-shaped charm with an embossed chip and number, plus a small silver coin charm with a dollar sign (the Cash App Logo). On the right, a glossy black star-topped wand with a blue gem at its center hangs from silver rings, a swivel clip, and a matching dollar-sign Cash App Logo coin charm.

i think buzz is criminally underrated. it's basically dots and grok bot, but model and harness agnostic (it can even run omp!). it has a mobile app, lets you share conversations, and even lets you share compute with other people. and it has a really nice slack/discord-like interface. thought i'd see a lot more hype around it
All the talk is about AI slipping out of anyone's control. The bigger risk is a future where only a handful of companies control it.

Damn. Got the @Bitkey courtesy of @JoelBomgar and it’s really just too easy. So easy, I must be doing something wrong. After years of toiling in Bitcoin, this is so easy I don’t trust it. 🤣 I’m playing with my Bitcoins now and plan to do this a while before making an official review.

Lots of people have been asking for a demo of Bitkey's Emergency Exit Kit. So here it is!
This is the way you can move your funds if access to the official Bitkey app ever becomes unavailable to you for any reason.

I want to stress how cool it was for @JoelBomgar to send Bitcoin out to people, including me, to try out a @Bitkey wallet
Bitkey is a product by @jack Dorsey from @blocks @Square and @CashApp. It’s my opinion that Jack and his team is spreading adoption more than any squad out there and Bitkey is just another way they are bridging a gap in mass adoption; self custody
I was originally not interested in this wallet because it’s not fully “sovereign”. Block holds one of 3 keys. However, the more I learned about it, the more I think it’s solving some of the hardest problems to solve in the space
It’s a multi-sig set up by default; One key encrypted in your phone, one on the device which has facial recognition and fingerprint, and Block keeps the third one on their server. Since you need 2 of 3 to sign a tx, you are in control and Block can’t do anything.
This solves the need for storing 12-24 words and eliminates the risk of that single point of failure exposure. 99% of the time, people shoot themselves in the foot when it comes to self custody by exposing keys or losing them. With a recovery contact set up in Bitkey, you can even lose the device AND your phone at the same time and still recover your wallet with a forced waiting period and your consent. There is also what they call an emergency exit kit so even if block magically vanished you would have the ability to rebuild this multi sig wallet at your convenience to recover it. It also has a neat inheritance feature. I encourage everyone to learn how these features work before you pass judgment on the accessibility
Is it as sovereign as a 2 of 3 where you own all 3 keys? No. And that’s the entire concept. It’s a self custody solution that serves the largest demographic of people; those who don’t want to mess with the complexity of traditional self custody. It’s a step forward imo
Even as somewhat of a wallet snob, I can say that this is a wallet that I am actually going to use and keep a modest amount on. Well done Block, and thank you Joel

A seedless approach to wallet design eliminates this phishing attack vector
Replying to @cbtc123
They called him and tricked him into entering his seed words into a phishing website. The site seemed to have been created just for him. It was removed afterward.
