By rejecting Prop A and approving Amendment 6, Missouri voters may have ensured that state lawmakers can't attempt another congressional redraw until 2031.

Previously, I reported on what could be the most dishonest ad of 2026 coming out of the Ballot Measure 2 campaign in Alaska.

What happened in Alaska with the two Sullivans is a dirty trick, one that has a long history not limited to one state or party (Republicans do it, too).
But while Republicans in Alaska have used this as an excuse to go after ranked choice voting, the reform isn't the problem.
Democrats recruit a "Decoy Dan" to confuse Alaska voters. Republicans cry election interference, though they have used the same tactic.
They blame ranked choice voting, but IVN guest contributor and reform champion Kyle Bailey explains how RCV makes this dirty trick far less effective.
The problem isn't RCV. It's partisan gamesmanship.
