Most people who hate coffee would do much better if they just supplemented 2:1 l-theanine to caffeine (can try as much as 4:1 but then diminishing returns after that) 200mg l-theanine to 100mg caffeine is basically a beginners nootropic stack (ran this in college 2014)

Giving my muse access to Claude code. Gonna give it access to grok bot next and then gonna give my grok bot access to muse/claude too No more choosing models. Just gonna use muse to coordinate everything and no context loss between the different agents/systems

Apple Watch vs WHOOP sleep tracking is already showing some wild differences. Apple Watch: 6h 16m sleep 28m deep sleep 1h 58m REM WHOOP: 5h 49m sleep 1h 34m deep sleep 1h 27m REM That deep sleep difference is huge . Will be interesting to see which one stays more consistent over the next week.
