What you are going to see in this video should make you don’t trust women anymore, even your wife

Fox: Why are you here this morning?
Trump rally attendee: Well, in the late 70s, I was a little too young to go to South America for the Jonestown Massacre. But this is as close as I'll ever get, so that's why I'm here. There's nothing like seeing a cult right up front.

From community voices to action! 🇷🇼
@rrpplus has concluded a Three day workshop (28–30 October) to strengthen Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) to Advocacy processes, in collaboration with @RBCRwanda, with support from @giz_rwanda through the Rights-Based Program (RBP).
During the closing session, Mme Odette NYIRAMUCYO, HIV/TB Program Manager at RRP+ emphasized that CLM is key to improving HIV and TB service delivery for People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and Key Populations (KPs).she highlighted the importance of community-generated evidence in identifying service delivery gaps, amplifying community voices, strengthening accountability and advocating for responsive, quality and rights-based health services.
The workshop brought together RRP+’s technical team and community representatives to strengthen approaches for translating CLM evidence into advocacy priorities, engaging decision-makers at health facility, district and national levels, and tracking commitments towards meaningful improvements.
The commitment is to ensure that community experiences do not end with data collection but inform decisions, influence action and contribute to better health services for all.

Happening now, @rrpplus is convening a three-day advocacy strategy workshop from 28–30 October 2026 at Savana Hotel, Bugesera District, in collaboration with @RBCRwandaand with support from @giz_rwandathrough the Rights-Based Program (RBP).
Building on the progress made through the 2024 Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) cycle, supported by PEPFAR through @UNAIDS, and the 2026 CLM data collection conducted across four districts and seven health facilities.
The 2026 CLM exercise covered COR UNUM and Biryogo in @Nyarugenge; Kicukiro and Gatenga in @KicukiroDistr; Remera and Kinyinya in @Gasabo_District; and Nyagasambu in @RwamaganaDistr.
Using five digital tools, the exercise documented community experiences with HIV services, including feedback from service users, key populations, adolescents and young people, alongside facility observations and facility managers.
The exercise reported 1,231 respondents, providing a foundation for further data validation, analysis and reporting.
In his opening remarks, Mr. CYIZA Jean Claude, CLM Program Manager at RRP+, emphasized the importance of evidence-based advocacy and called on participants to transform community-generated evidence into actionable recommendations that address service delivery gaps and strengthen accountability.
The goal is clear: move beyond data collection to coordinated action, ensuring community evidence informs decisions, strengthens accountability and drives improvements in HIV service delivery.

Mr. @Twbaptiste presented an overview of CLM and the implementation of the 2026 CLM cycle, highlighting how community participation and systematic monitoring can identify barriers to accessing quality, acceptable, accessible, acceptable, affordable, and responsive HIV services.
Over the three days, @rrpplus’s technical team and community representatives will work to strengthen the link between CLM and advocacy by:
🔹 Agreeing on processes for validating findings and prioritizing issues for action.
🔹 Identifying responsible stakeholders and decision-makers at health facility, district, and national levels.
🔹 Developing evidence-based advocacy messages and communication tools tailored to different audiences.
🔹 Establishing mechanisms to document commitments, monitor corrective actions and track progress.
🔹 Developing a practical advocacy action plan with clear responsibilities, timelines and indicators.
The workshop reinforces a rights-based approach that places the dignity, confidentiality, meaningful participation and lived experiences of people living with HIV at the center of advocacy.
