I have gotten in the practice of asking for their name, specialty and their NPI number so that I can add it to my chart. They generally get pretty flustered when I ask that. And I say to them, you are changing my medical decision-making so I need to include you in my documenting

Anyone thinking about buying a Thermedx, hold off. We have had no tubing to run the machine for the last 2 weeks. Works great when in use, but this is now the 4th run of back ordered tubing in the last 5 months.

Unfortunately, I didn't match into #urology for the #MatchDay2021. As a DO student that decided late in the game to pursue urology, I really wanted to accomplish this for myself and by myself. However, I could use a #mentor. I will be a great urologist, but I could some help.
