We raised a $150M Series C at a $3B valuation, led by @sequoia. Our third round in 12 months, bringing our total funding to $277M. Our team has grown 10x in the last 12 months. We now serve Fox Corporation, WPP, Live Nation, Lucid Motors, and Ramp, and many of them are fully replacing legacy platforms with @getserval. AI coding tools have transformed how engineers work. Serval brings that same power to every team, so anyone can build governed automations across the systems they already use. We’re hiring 500+ people over the next year and expanding in San Francisco, NYC, London, Austin, and beyond. If you’re down to take on legacy enterprise systems and transform how teams work, my cofounder @AlexAtServal and I would love to meet you. It’s Serval now.

Today we're launching @snaptrude Agent, the most advanced agent for building design. It does real design work with you, from a site to a construction-ready LOD 400 model with structure, MEP and drawings. Then can go back to your existing software with your families intact. About a year ago we bet the company on AI. Honestly the insight came from software engineering. It wasn't long ago that autocomplete felt like a big deal, and now engineers direct agents that write a lot of the code. I think the same shift is coming to how we design buildings, and it's already started. Most designers I meet aren't short on skill, they're short on time. Take the call every design team dreads, the client cuts the budget by 30%. Today that's a bad month for everyone. With the agent you're the director. You decide where the cost comes out, and it updates the layout, coordinates the structure and MEP, and redoes the drawings. So when design exploration gets this cheap, we go from 3 options to 300, and more options means better buildings. Since August our users have gone through more than 140 billion tokens, and firms like Jacobs, Studio+, Kajima, VMDO, Dekker and hundreds of others use Snaptrude today. In our early access, more than 2,000 designers have run over 25,000 tasks through the agent since September. We also built a benchmark for this, AECBench, because in AEC an almost correct answer is still wrong. It gives AI the same brief an architect would get, has its design in a real BIM model, and scores the result against the brief and against how architects review design. We're publishing the first results today, link below. Thank you @prashanthp at @Accel and Shub and the team at @foundamental for backing us when this was still a bet, and the Snaptrude team, who built every bit of this. Really proud of you all. Thanks to our investors, @scottbelsky, @andreasklinger, @thilokonzok, @immad, @CindyXBi, @DanilaVladi, @jmwass, rahulchaudhary, @adamecourt, Zach Ginsburg, Alex duff, Paul grossinger, really appreciate all the help along the way.

According to the NYT, Peltola’s team searched voter records for more Dan Sullivans to confuse voters at the ballot box. How is this not criminal?!
BREAKING: NYT reports that operatives with Democratic Alaska U.S. Senate candidate Mary Peltola’s campaign were behind the effort to find & recruit a candidate named Dan Sullivan to run against incumbent GOP Senator Dan S. Sullivan in an effort to confuse voters and peel votes from him. Specifically, NYT says they have reviewed text messages and documents that reveal in summer 2025, a Peltola staffer received instructions from campaign staffers to find as many people named Dan Sullivan in Alaska as possible. The staffer complied, going through voter records, and compiled a list. The operation “involved secret trips to far-flung Alaskan communities and the appearance of a mysterious Midwestern operative, who traversed the state using a fake name and made his pitch to would-be candidates over beers at brew pubs.” Per NYT: “The plan worked. This spring, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village along the Alaska Panhandle, reachable only by air and sea, announced his candidacy for Senate. His name was Dan J. Sullivan.” nytimes.com/2026/10/28/us/po…

David Beasley voted in the Democrat primary this summer, he ran as a Democrat seven times, and yet we’re supposed to take his endorsement of Annie Andrews as some kind of brave conservative stand? Voting against everything you claim to believe in isn't courage. I expect this will backfire big time when voters find out Annie Andrews is trying to deceive them with a false ad.
Three Governors in South Carolina history have lost their reelection bid. Two of them are featured in Annie Andrews’ new ad: Govs. David Beasley and Jim Hodges. Gov. Beasley is no longer a Republican, and even voted in the Democrat primary this summer!  Not a huge surprise given he ran SEVEN times as a Democrat in South Carolina.  Once again, no true conservative in good conscience would ever consider voting for the most radical liberal to ever run for federal office in South Carolina history.  Voting against principles you supposedly hold dear is not courageous, it’s the opposite.

S&P Dow Jones Indices and Kalshi are joining forces to build the next generation of financial markets. The Dow launched in 1896. The S&P 500 in 1957. The idea was simple: bring individual stocks together into a single benchmark, giving people a clearer view of the broader market. Over time, products built around those benchmarks transformed investing. Index funds, ETFs, futures, and options gave investors ways to gain diversified market exposure and hedge broad market swings. These indices became foundations of global finance. More than $20 trillion is indexed or benchmarked to the S&P 500 alone. Today, this structure extends beyond stocks to bonds, commodities, currencies, and more. The next step is to bring that structure to the events that shape everyone’s lives. Through this partnership, S&P Dow Jones Indices and Kalshi will work together to create indices composed of Kalshi event contracts. Think about what that opens up. An index of political power. An index of supply chain risk. An index tracking AI’s impact on employment. An index of sports outcomes that affect broadcasters, advertisers, cities, and small businesses. An index of weather risks that shape harvests, energy demand, and business revenues. Each would bundle event contracts into a single indicator, helping people understand how related risks are evolving. Over time, products built around these indices could offer diversified exposure to those events and new ways to hedge their impact. The events that shape our lives could become as easy to track and gain exposure to as the S&P 500.

Prediction markets are transparent, both in their incentives (people want to make money and avoid losing money) and their method (free markets aggregating millions of opinions). Polls are not.
Regulate polls, not prediction markets. There’s no evidence that betting harms election integrity, but fake surveys have done so this year, write Harry Crane @HarryDCrane and @KolemanStrumpf on.wsj.com/4i8zIKq

There’s a reason prediction market adoption is accelerating. Sportsbooks have an inherently predatory incentive: they win when you lose. That drives a lot of bad outcomes for consumers: house-set prices, limits on winners, and VIP programs designed to keep losing customers playing. The incentives of markets are different. Exchanges take a small fee for facilitating trades between participants on an open market. The business depends on people choosing to trade, not on them losing. That changes the product. You can set the price you’re willing to trade at. Other participants can compete to offer you a better one. And you don’t get limited simply because you’re winning. An open exchange, where participants compete to offer the best prices, creates value for fans, traders, and businesses: • Sharps typically limited by sportsbooks can participate, helping improve forecasts that everyone from season ticket holders to local businesses uses to make decisions. • People and businesses can hedge risk at competitive prices, from a local bar that relies on a team’s playoff run to a national advertiser whose campaign depends on which teams advance. More businesses are using prediction markets this way. • Regular fans get better prices on the trades they want to make. These aren’t small differences. They’re what make an open exchange a fundamentally different product for consumers. People have recognized the difference. Excited to see the NBA recognize the value of the exchange model as well.
The NBA has partnered with Kalshi as a Preferred Prediction Market Exchange. Official NBA data to settle trades, stronger safeguards, and NBA branding on Kalshi. Fans come to Kalshi because open markets are a fairer way to trade basketball. Now, it’s Official.

AI stocks when the market opens
Replying to @chamath
Pretty much. As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers. SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue. That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.
