COVID jab for children (<18y) was always unjustifiable. The medical decision making is straightforward: Hosp rate ~1/100k Death <1/100k Risk of a comparable adverse event/outcome from jab must be equal or less than 0.001% = 99.999% safe. That can *never* be achieved.

That’s bc medical school is designed to proselytize high efficiency, high profitability sickness management. SaaS: sickness as a service
Here is President Trump’s new Surgeon General of the United States nominee, Dr. Casey Means, exposing the health industry and woke medical schools for six minutes straight. It’s safe to say she is the perfect pick:

Skip the lawfare. Amputate the surgeon.
THE CORRECT LEG WAS MARKED. HER LAWSUIT SAYS THEY AMPUTATED THE OTHER Imagine facing cancer, consenting to lose one leg—and waking up to discover the OTHER leg is gone. That is what Ohio patient Sharon Jacks alleges happened at Selby General Hospital. Doctors later amputated the cancer-affected right leg, leaving her a double amputee. The most chilling detail: Her attorney says the surgeon marked the CORRECT leg before surgery. That mark was reportedly still there after the wrong leg had been removed. The complaint alleges two surgical “time-outs”—checks intended to verify the patient, procedure and surgical site—failed to stop the catastrophe. The hospital acknowledges the event was avoidable, says operating-room procedures were not followed, and reports those involved are no longer in their positions. A safety checklist means nothing if nobody acts on it. No settlement can give Sharon back what she lost. She deserves answers, accountability, lifelong support—and our prayers. Remember her name: Sharon Jacks. nypost.com/2026/09/29/us-new…

This is a small issue compared to the number of drivers who don’t even speak English. There should be an option to have English speaking drivers only. Make it an upcharge if you must. Some people want more legroom. I want to be able to communicate safety information with my driver.

I’ve been long bullish on DMSO, frequently recommend it to patients.
NEW STUDY: Topical vitamin C in DMSO completely ELIMINATED 56% of biopsy-confirmed skin cancers in just 12 weeks. 44% of the squamous cell carcinoma lesions SHRANK by over 85%. 94% of patients were able to AVOID surgery. The average cancer lesion size dropped 71%. The treatment was 30% ascorbic acid in a 95% DMSO/5% distilled-water solution, applied twice daily for 12 weeks. DMSO was used as a skin-penetration enhancer, helping the vitamin C pass through the outer skin barrier and reach the lesion more effectively.

Hides microexpressions of glee that AI can kill 1B people. Sells regulation bc Bill loves centralized power.
Bill Gates just said AI could kill a billion people: "AI is certainly powerful enough to drive events that cause a billion deaths." His biggest fear isn't AI going rogue, it's people with ill intent getting their hands on the most powerful tools ever built. And he says no one in the industry thinks they can regulate themselves anymore, it has to come from Washington. A lot of people will call this fear marketing again. But Gates doesn't need the hype, he's not raising money, he's not launching a model. When someone with nothing to sell says "a billion deaths", i think it's worth listening. What do you think about all this?

“Those that expose reality to the system” To the degree AI will select for humans, will be those that generate high utility, high novelty informational inputs. Be generatively weird.
⚡️For thousands of years, humans accumulated knowledge because knowledge increased power. AI changes the relationship. The future advantage comes increasingly from being legible to the machine and having the machine legible to you. People who can specify goals clearly, create feedback loops, expose reality to the system, evaluate outputs, and retain authority over the objective function gain enormous leverage. People who merely possess information lose it. So civilization begins sorting around a new divide: those who control machine cognition, those whose behavior is shaped by machine cognition, and those who do not realize there is a difference. That hierarchy could become far more consequential than today’s class system. And beneath that is the psychological rupture. Human beings have quietly equated intelligence with specialness. We called ourselves Homo sapiens. The wise human. Our species literally named itself after cognition. Now cognition is escaping biology. That is the wound underneath all the excitement. If intelligence can exist outside the human organism, scale beyond us, copy itself, communicate instantly, and participate directly in the construction of civilization, then intelligence was never uniquely ours. It was a phenomenon that temporarily lived inside us. That realization changes the human self-conception more profoundly than almost any technological transition before it. Fire extended muscle. Writing extended memory. Industry extended force. Computers extended calculation. AI externalizes cognition itself. And once cognition becomes external infrastructure, humanity is forced into the final question: What remains uniquely human after intelligence leaves the skull? The answer may be consciousness. It may be desire. It may be embodiment. It may be moral agency. It may be the capacity to experience meaning rather than merely model it. But civilization has barely begun confronting that question.

"People aren't ready, this is gonna change everything" You know what people weren't ready for? Fucking mammoths. Tigers eating them. Monkeys ripping their arms off. The black plague. The ice age. Smallpox. Vikings pulling up on the beach. Drinking water that gives you diarrhea until you die. Getting a scratch and losing your whole leg. The Mongols. The Spanish Inquisition. One volcano can send us back to the dark ages and these safety guys are gonna be shocked. Oh the robots didn't kill us? It was a volcano? Imagine their disappointment as the hot ash rains down on them. A solar flare is gonna explode your phone in your pocket your legs are gonna be covered in battery acid and your bank account will stop working. You're afraid of a computer program doing math? "Things are moving too fast" homie you live on a rock that periodically deletes everything. You are one the most luckiest entities in a 100 light year radius living during a golden era. Cheer up. My ancestors crossed an ocean in a wooden box because they ran out of fucking potatoes. "The social disruption will be enormous!" Nigga World War 2? World War 2? Hop in the people carrier we're landing on the beach. Are these people out of their fucking minds? Do they not know what we've survived already? A couple decades of air conditioning and people suddenly think oh this is the natural condition of mankind. No. We used to have eight kids because seven didn't make it. You're gonna be fine. Man the fuck up. Accelerate.

Primo articulation of mushrooms introducing you to God
how can you not believe in God when octopuses DREAM and otters have a favorite rock they carry around in a little SKIN POCKET and cows have BEST FRIENDS and bees are out there communicating the coordinates of flowers through INTERPRETIVE DANCE and they have REGIONAL DIALECTS?? cats are PURRING at frequencies associated with bone healing??? forests get absolutely incinerated and respond by growing FLOWERS??? dolphins literally invent NAMES for themselves and yell them across the ocean??? penguins are waddling around Antarctica looking for the PERFECT LITTLE ROCK to give their beloved??? CROWS REMEMBER YOUR FACE. THEY TELL OTHER CROWS ABOUT YOU. THEY TELL THEIR CHILDREN ABOUT YOU. YOU CAN HAVE GENERATIONAL BEEF WITH A BIRD. goats have ACCENTS. rats GIGGLE when you tickle them. elephants mourn their dead. whales make SONGS and then OTHER WHALES LEARN THE SONG and suddenly everybody across the ocean is singing the new hit single. monarch butterflies are born knowing how to fly thousands of miles to a place THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN. sea turtles hatch out of an egg, immediately sprint toward an OCEAN they have never seen, disappear into it for like THIRTY YEARS and then somehow come back to THE SAME BEACH??? birds can see COLORS THAT WE CANNOT SEE. there are colors happening RIGHT NOW that we don’t even get to know about. there are sea slugs that eat algae and STEAL ITS CHLOROPLASTS and then are just like great thanks I’ll be PHOTOSYNTHESIZING NOW. there are mushrooms communicating underground. there are seeds sitting in the dirt for DECADES like no actually I will wait. squirrels plant MILLIONS OF TREES because they simply cannot remember where they put their snacks. A CATERPILLAR GOES INTO A LITTLE BAG, DISSOLVES MOST OF ITS BODY INTO ORGANIC SOUP, REARRANGES ITSELF, GROWS WINGS AND LEAVES. and you’re telling me a tiny acorn knows how to become a 70-foot oak tree??? nobody tells it what to do??? it just has TREE INSTRUCTIONS INSIDE IT??? your body started as ONE CELL. ONE. and that cell divided itself into a brain that can think about its own existence and eyes that can look at stars and hands that can hold somebody else’s hands and a heart that runs on ELECTRICITY without you even asking it to??? the iron in your BLOOD was made inside a STAR. I’M SORRY????? we are walking around on a wet rock covered in bioluminescent oceans and singing whales and laughing rats and birds holding lifelong grudges and flowers exploding out of FIRE and somehow we’re supposed to act like this is a normal place to live?????????

“If men had endo…” We fixed erectile dysfunction. We haven’t fixed balding. Join the long list.
I'm focusing a significant amount of my time trying to build a cure for Kate's endometriosis. It's a gnarly and devastating disease that affects 10% of women. Relative to the suffering it creates, it's underfunded, poorly understood and has largely been ignored.

Fwiw, the best multivitamin I’ve found is by Perque bc the B vitamins and minerals are in correct, bioavailable forms, balanced profile of Vitamin E molecules, as it is important to have all of them and many just include 1 or 2 forms. I am not currently taking a multivitamin and this is not medical advice.
I think we've drastically underestimated the power of a simple multivitamin. This new publication from the COSMOS trial shows that two years of a daily multivitamin shifted seven metabolomic aging clocks in a younger direction, equivalent to roughly 0.5–1 year less metabolomic aging than a placebo. The multivitamin also produced lower metabolomic risk scores linked to major cardiovascular events, kidney disease, dementia, asthma, cataracts, glaucoma, liver disease, skin cancer, and prostate cancer. I want to be cautious here. These were molecular risk signatures, not diagnoses or actual disease events, and none of the clock or risk-score findings remained significant after statistical correction. Still, the consistency across aging clocks and disease-related pathways is intriguing, especially alongside earlier COSMOS findings that a daily multivitamin modestly improves cognition and slows epigenetic aging.

I’m sorry but America did not spend 250 years turning “what’s over there?” into the most powerful civilization on earth just to finally arrive at the most consequential technological frontier in generations and decide actually we’re scared of frontiers now. We ARE the fucking frontier. We cross oceans. We build railroads across continents. We split atoms. We put men on the moon. We turn sand into computers and computers into a global nervous system. Of COURSE AI is terrifying. The frontier is SUPPOSED to scare the shit out of you. That’s how you know you have, in fact, located the fucking frontier. The answer is not recklessness, but it sure as fuck isn’t paralysis either. America’s comparative advantage is an unusually high national tolerance for ambitious weirdos staring at impossible things and saying “Yeah... I think I can build it.” That trait is rarer than oil, harder to manufacture than semiconductors, and responsible for a frankly preposterous amount of the modern world. And you absolutely will not fucking regulate it out of us.

President Trump calls Jensen mid-interview at the All-In Summit to say AI taking over the world is a hoax Jensen: "Mr. President? I've got to tell you something. If it wasn't because of you calling, I would... I'm on stage with the besties." Trump: "You see, the great thing about life is that Jensen can develop the most complex computer chip in the world that nobody can copy for 10 years, but he can't figure out how to put me on speaker." "So, the AI, it's almost a conspiracy, and the happiest group is China, they're very happy." "I'm telling you, it's all a hoax. The data centers are great and they make people wealthy and they make states wealthy and it's the oil of the next 20, 25 years. It's bigger than the Internet." "The robots are not going to be taking over the world and that's not going to happen. The AI will not be taking over the rest of the world. The whole thing is a hoax." "Now, with that, we have to be a little bit careful, but that doesn't mean we're going to stop an industry. So I'm with you all the way."

In med school, a Boomer made a joke that he was part “African American” due to a drunk driver and a heart transplant. I perma-delisted from organ donation that day.
🚨 THEY WERE HARVESTING ORGANS FROM LIVING PEOPLE 🚨 Secretary Kennedy just dropped the most horrifying bombshell in American medical history: U.S. hospitals and organ networks were cutting organs out of patients who were STILL ALIVE… still showing signs of life… still fighting. “That’s horrifying — and it ends now.” This isn’t medicine. This is industrial-scale murder wearing a white coat. Federal investigators found dozens of cases. Patients thrashing. Crying. Shaking their heads. And the “donation” teams kept going. Kennedy is declaring total war. Decertifications. Investigations. A full purge of the transplant system. The veil has been ripped off. The medical underworld just got exposed in broad daylight. Share this before they try to bury it. The American people deserve to know what was being done in the name of “saving lives.” #HarvestedAlive #RFKJr #OrganHarvesting

Peanut butter can be used in animal research to induce heart disease and diabetes, and those animals then used as a model for studying interventions. Note: benzene is a worse carcinogen than aflatoxin.
Peanut butter carries the most potent natural carcinogen ever found, and the government wrote it a permit. A peanut is not a nut. It is a legume dug out of the dirt and left in the field to dry, and the dirt is full of a mould called Aspergillus. The mould makes aflatoxin B1. It bolts itself to your DNA, causes liver cancer, and sits in Group 1 with asbestos and tobacco smoke. Roasting does not touch it. So America set an allowance: 20 parts per billion. Britain allows 4 and still turns lorries back at the port. The worst jars Consumer Reports ever tested were the fresh-ground ones from the health food shop. The rulebook goes on. Per 100 grams: 30 insect fragments, one rodent hair, 25 milligrams of grit. Written down. Legal. Half the jar is oil. Twelve grams of every 100 is linoleic acid, the seed oil you are cutting, and most brands stir palm oil in on top so it does not separate. Peanut lectin has been found in human blood within an hour of eating them. Peanut is the leading cause of fatal food allergy in Britain and America. In 2008 an American plant shipped paste it had already tested positive for salmonella. Nine dead, 714 ill, 46 states, and the chief executive got 28 years, the longest sentence ever passed over a food. One jar. A carcinogen with a permit, rodent hair with a permit, a seed oil, a lectin, a killer allergen and a criminal record. It sits next to the porridge at a premium, and the label says natural, high in protein and no added sugar.

I literally emailed my entire med school in 2009 that this was the future of psychiatry. I got cancelled.
Psychedelics will be the first mental health therapy you aren’t prescribed to take for life. That’s bad for the pharmaceutical business model but very positive for patients. The researchers and philanthropists who got us here are heroes.
