5 million people could be walking past an @Auki robot every month.
From one customer. By next Christmas.
Nils Pihl, founder of Auki, was recently a guest on @The_Relay_ and shared some numbers that are worth paying attention to.
The roadmap he walked through:
▪️ 1,000 to 3,000 robots deploying by end of next year
▪️ 100,000 targeted by 2030, retail only
▪️ At least 2 new verticals next year, ~12 by 2030.
▪️ Retail alone: $10B revenue, $5.5B profit projected by 2030
▪️ Potential sizable investment in conversations to accelerate
The race for Physical AI is on. Imho Auki has a realistic shot at becoming a major part of it.
It's Sunday night. You're dreading work tomorrow.
Here's an alternative to dread. Start earning from a network without spending a dollar.
No hardware aside from your phone. No upfront anything.
Won't replace the job, but it's a step in the right direction.
It beats another Sunday of just... dreading Monday.
Nobody's coming to hand you a piece of the future. That was never in the cards.
But for the first time, the door's open. You don't need to be a big player or an insider to own a slice of real infrastructure.
You just need a piece of hardware and enough curiosity to plug it in.
Soon to be millions of drones in the sky. Deliveries, inspections, emergencies, things nobody's dreamed up yet.
Nobody's tracking them.
The FAA requires every drone to broadcast its ID. But there's no nationwide system actually catching the signal.
@FliteGrid is building it, with a sensor on your roof. Deploy one, catch drone broadcasts overhead, and feed them into the map.
Critical infrastructure is the key.
The company behind it (@skysafe) has done this for military bases for a decade. Now they're handing the same job to regular people.
Someone has to watch the skies. Turns out it might be us.
Everyone building physical AI is racing to make the robot.
@XMAQUINA's members just voted to fund the less obvious @GeckoRobotics, which digitizes the factories, pipelines, and power plants those robots operate in.
The layer underneath is where the real value sits.
A room full of people put $400K behind that same idea.
Proposal BOT-13 has officially passed.
With over 99% approval, the DAO has spoken.
Execution phase begins.
Final details on the Gecko Robotics allocation will follow shortly.

Somewhere right now a self-driving tractor is running a field in the dark.
Only reason it knows exactly where it is is because a guy one county over bolted a sensor to his roof and forgot about it.
That's distributed infrastructure. A guy, a roof, and a robot that works because of it.
The future's being built by people you'll never hear about. That's kind of the whole point.
The OpSec training had us tossing and turning for a few hours later that night.
@Audit_wizard broke down ways people get drained, like zero-click attacks from malicious sites, phishing, and dApps asking to sign without context.
They also told us how to protect ourselves.
ICYMI, clip below. Full broadcast is up on The Relay.
Thanks to everyone who tuned in for the Auditware × @The_Relay_ OpSec live broadcast 🫂
One of the core moves we walked through: browser isolation 🎯
Your wallet and your daily browsing should never share a browser.
🌐 Web attacks jump from a malicious page to your live session and hijack it. Sometimes zero-click.
🚫 What a wallet browser blocks:
• Random extensions
• dApps asking you to sign without context
⏸️ The friction of switching browsers is intentional. The pause gives you time to review what you're signing.
When the reward's tied to the dirt, the math changes.
Justin's current @GEODNET claim is locked to the exact hex his house sits on.
It's valuable enough that it factored into whether he sold the place.
New use case: convincing homeowners to stay put.
Replying to @GEODNET
My decision to sell one of my properties or not was influenced by the fact that I hold the NFT claim in the hex where it's located.
So these solar panels are sort of a way overpowered way to keep my base station connected. 😁
It has certainly been the nearest base station multiple times when I've used the GEO-MEASURE.
Professional deployment is a business like any other.
Long days. Long weeks. Challenges, headaches, and host location issues.
But owning a piece of what comes next? Worth the grind.
Omar is out here proving it across three states. 👇
People always asking me how. This is how. Straight grind, grit, consistent, persistent, stick-to-itiveness. Left my house Thursday morning, Houston by afternoon, deployments at IAH, Hobby Friday morning, now heading back to Huntsville. Georgia tomorrow, Nashville after, Jamaica Tuesday. No excuses. I don’t understand can’t. I get it done with a rock star team backing me.”
Not one person voted for token-only payouts.
Small sample, but the signal here is clean.
People running hardware as a side income don't want to gamble on a chart. They want to know what next month looks like.
The networks that figure this out are the ones that last.
Don't fly blind.
You asked for details about @FliteGrid, here they are.
According to one team member, "more alpha than I expected, and I work on this every day."
The robots may get the headlines, but the networks underneath are the real ownership opportunity.
Huge congrats to @SkydioHQ. Deploying 1000 drone docks in one year is very impressive.
As @broodsugar always says, robots are also infra!
The market size of Physical AI is ^15
Building infrastructure is hard.
Technology keeps making the engineering easier, but coordinating thousands of people to build the same thing at once? That's still a feat.
For decades, the only entities capable of pulling it off were governments and big companies, the ones big enough to raise billions and spend years installing everything themselves.
Distributed networks solve the coordination problem a different way. The rewards align incentives, so thousands of people buy, run, and maintain a piece of hardware, all adding up to one shared network.
Helium for wireless, GEODNET for precision positioning, Wingbits for flight tracking.
These networks are cheaper to build, cheaper to run, and grow faster because they're not waiting on one company's board or balance sheet.
The old question was "Who has the billions to build this?"
The new one is "What happens when everyone can own a piece?"

$285 million gone in 12 minutes.
The code wasn't even touched.
Back in April, one of Solana's biggest protocols got drained by social engineering.
Their admin controls sat behind a multisig: five trusted people, any two of whom could approve a change.
It's an uncomfortable truth that we've built code that can withstand attacks but operations that cannot.
Operational security is crucial even if you don't control $285 million in user funds.
Drift had 5 people guarding the keys and still got got. Your wallet's only got one guard. Make it a good one.
