During oral arguments last fall on the partisan #gerrymandering cases, Justice Gorsuch asked why citizens simply couldn't enact redistricting reforms on their own. This new case in federal court answers his question. #FairMaps
Over 61% of Michiganders voted to take redistricting out of the hands of those with the most partisan interests to gain, to keep the process as neutral as possible. The party that gerrymandered the current maps is trying to have it struck down. #FairMaps
