The Met and Hampshire? We're screwed. More biased and perverted forces it would be hard to find. Oh, wait, Humberside @WeAreFairCop. And the People's Democratic Socialist Republic of South Yorkshire. And Manchester. In fact any of them.

"Scrutiny is fine, but" is one of the great English constructions. It means "I welcome scrutiny" and "I have called the police about it" simultaneously.

Replying to @ITV
@ITV and @HardcashProd are rightly so, being investigated for possible election tampering.

They’re only investigating them because you dodgy Reform pillocks have accused them of breaking the law so they have to.
Setting the police on journalists because they expose you is peak snowflake.
A Reform Government would suppress the free press like they do in dictatorships.

Not happy about being caught out as a racist, misogynist with incest fantasising perverts magnet Richard Tice then doubles down with lies.
The police are assessing Reform claims not investigating ITV. It is incumbent of the police to assess claims of lawbreaking before deciding upon whether an investigation is warranted……that is where this ‘investigation’ is at.
Tice is lying

I’m pleased to hear this but I’m not going to hold my breath for Justice from the British establishment.
What I took away from the documentary is that we have the establishment throwing the kitchen sink at Reform to defend its broken system from being reformed at all costs. ITV spent hundreds of thousands of pounds and a year to find a handful of low level activists and a councillor who they had to rely heavily upon getting into the Pub with them, waiting for the alcohol to weaken their judgement and then ask leading questions to garner the wanted replies.
If that’s the best they could do to discover the systemic problems in the Reform Party then they failed massively. Their fears or prejudices were clearly rooted in their political ideology which is wedded to the status quo of 30 years of failure that has reduced Britain to a shadow of its former self.
Vote @reformparty_uk for the REAL change you have been promised and voted for over the past three decades

Politicians who crow about police investigations should be treated with scorn by the public and by the authorities. And in this instance there is no sign that any investigation has even been launched. nitter.cf/TiceRichard/status/211…
