Never been more wrong about a sporting event in my life. US look totally outclassed.
Have to sub Dest. He’s been a total disaster and midfield being overrun.
Based on XI, it feels like Belgium is going to play with a very low block. They're going to absorb and bunker. The #USMNT is gonna come out on fire and get chances but can't be naive. But it is truly shocking in a Round of 16 match, Belgium is going to allow the US to dictate.

The @IndianaFever’s Lexie Hull is leading the @WNBA in both 3P% (57% on 8 of 14) AND offensive fouls drawn (12).
No one else in the league has drawn more than 7 offensive fouls.

One of my very few strong takes: Rose should never be re-instated. Literally the only thing you can do to get banned from a sport for life is gambling on it. It is the ultimate sports sin.
(But also... this is sad they waited until he died)
Huge news from @DVNJr: Major League Baseball has reinstated Pete Rose, Shoeless Joe Jackson and other deceased players from its permanently ineligible list. Details free at ESPN: espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/4511…

On the call for @GTBaseball (25-6, 10-4 ACC) at @StanfordBSB (17-11, 5-9 ACC) alongside @TimSwartz on ACC Network Extra! First pitch right now: espn.com/watch/player/roadbl…
This being a foul on Moody is ridiculous... Something is wrong with the rules. Reaves wasn't playing defense. He just ran into a spot and essentially undercut Moody.
Geno is 100% correct.
2 options make sense: 1 true, fixed Super Regional (Vegas) for all Sweet 16 / Elite 8 gmes.
OR you go campus sites. I actually think doing Sweet 16 and Elite 8 games at higher seeds would be way more fun than all those games at 1 site of highest seed.
UConn coach Geno Auriemma reiterated his disdain for the NCAA's two-host regional system for the women's NCAA tournament, saying on Friday "whoever came up with this super regional stuff -- and I know who they are -- ruined the game." espn.com/womens-college-bask…
On the call with Jay Browne for the biggest regular season game in Stanford history. Cardinal have their highest ranking in school history; #1 BC hasn't lost since April 2024.
Time for a top-five battle on The Farm!
