now assume two things:
cut their average hold time in half — they’re probably selling from side wallets before you even realize it
triple their average PNL — to estimate how much they’re actually extracting across all their wallets
you’re not following their trades. you’re funding their exits.

ZEC looks the strongest, but it could just end up in a HTF lower high, distribution, and maybe down into 900s to shake people out
PUMP looks ok, shuffling along weekly EMA support and doing lil pumps. I don't think the downside is significant on it (mid to low 30s if we really get fucked), but maybe it needs a few months to really pump to the promised 1c+ land
ZRO looks good, narrative and chart both lining up, but it's HEAVILY reliant on the zero/atlas launch, which will inevitably bring fuckery around the end of the month, which is going to be annoying
