When a care plan is working, nothing happens. The site stays up, the forms keep sending, renewals get paid on time.
From the client’s side, a quiet month looks the same as a month where nobody did anything.
That’s a problem at renewal time.

With the upcoming v2.0.1 release the AI Assistant icon is giving content editors a little more space - it now sits to the side of the text rather than in the corner.
Prefer less distractions? Disable it from showing in the editor and access it via the admin bar.
ToggleWP and @website_toolkit were built to work side by side - it is part of the reason V2.0 took a few extra months to be built, as Website Toolkit became a fully featured SaaS.
When the content health check results are returned you can access them via your dashboard.
The automated AI content review needed a few tweaks but should be fully working in the v2.0.1 release.
The Cloud policies now include a setting to automate it, along with the supported post types.
Email template had some adjustments to break up the issues / suggestions.
Rolling out a new plugin to your client sites is a big decision. That’s why ToggleWP comes with a free 14-day trial.
It gives you time to set things up on a practice site, at your own pace, before you roll it out across more of your sites.

I'm working my way towards the big ToggleWP v2.0. This weeks beta (1.9.14) will be gaining MailerPress Pro integration via webhooks.
This works nicely with ToggleWP's existing Newsletter Subscriber module.
ToggleWP only pulls information from my upcoming Cloud service, it never has access to your sites themselves.
However, in light of recent news, I'm adding some additional measures just in case, because your sites shouldn't have to trust me blindly.

Introducing ToggleWP Cloud (beta)
Currently in rapid development the ToggleWP Cloud will be a hosted management hub, providing centralised control of your ToggleWP client sites.

Should ToggleWP keep everything in-plugin, with a central management Hub / child Spoke model, or should I SaaSify the management part to become the "ToggleWP Cloud".
The cloud route would free up a hosting slot and be one less site to update.
With a lot of modules enabled the tabs were a little overwhelming so I swapped them out for individual Settings buttons.
Feedback from the beta said the tabs were missed.
Now you can choose to show them or not. Get the best of both worlds, depending on your needs.

Just because a client is on your basic hosting doesn't mean you shouldn't be looking out for them.
Give them a heads up for urgent updates.

Please note this is not virtual patching, you'd still need a paid service for that.
If your clients see urgent plugin updates often they might get in touch about managed services for you to take care of their sites instead.
