Yesterday at Febraban Tech, João Pirola co-founder and CPO at AmFi came by our booth.
We’ve now agreed engineering timelines for bringing AmFi’s $400m on-chain book onto Rayls under our existing agreement. Work starts in September.
We also agreed to expand the scope of what we’re building together (more on that in the next couple of weeks - it’s part of a larger announcement related to Rayls vaults).

Reuters has covered the launch of Rayls Sovereign.

I highly recommend everyone watches this.
XP is a massive company, a Nasdaq listed (ticker $XP ), regulated financial institution with $330 billion in assets under management.
Rayls is a core part of their digital assets strategy, and although it was challenging to get their Marcos Horie, who leads their digital asset strategy to this AMA due to conflicting agendas, I am happy to see it worked out in the end!
We’ll be joined by Marcos Horie from XPInc, and @mcvviriato to discuss how institutional finance is making the leap onchain.
Together, we’ll explore what it takes to bring blockchain into the world’s largest financial institutions.

Put your $RLS to work.
Delegated Staking is now live on Rayls, with access reserved for early supporters who participated in the pre-commit and liquidity seeding campaigns.
Eligible participants can stake $RLS, help secure the Rayls Public Chain, and access boosted 55% APY for the first three months.
To make participation easier, the Rayls Foundation has sent 1 $USDr to eligible wallets to cover staking fees for the community that backed Rayls early.

Infrastructure matters.
Distribution matters.
@liqvid_xyz is joining Rayls as a launch partner, bringing both.
Liqvid adds compliant private market infrastructure and curated capital access, enabling institutional assets to move from origination to onchain distribution.
Bringing real private market yield onchain requires more than tokenization. It requires capital formation, investor access, and the ability to move capital through compliant rails.
This is what turns infrastructure into real markets.

Institutional capital markets need more than access, they require compliant issuance infrastructure.
That’s why @obligatecom is joining the Rayls ecosystem.
Obligate enables regulated debt issuance, bringing real credit products onchain and giving institutional issuers a direct path into digital capital markets.
This is a key step in building a full institutional stack on Rayls, from issuance to fund infrastructure to distribution and liquidity.
Rayls is bringing together the core components required to support real capital markets activity onchain.

Tomorrow, Rayls Mainnet goes live.
Today, we’re setting out exactly what that means.
A clear view of what Mainnet activates now, what follows next, and how the network moves from infrastructure into live economic activity.

Institutional capital moves when credible operators are ready to deploy through them.
That is why Avantgarde Finance matters to Rayls.
@avantgardefi brings institutional fund deployment capability into the ecosystem, helping connect compliant onchain infrastructure with regulated capital looking for real onchain access.
For Rayls, this is how infrastructure starts turning into actual financial distribution.

Institutional yield distribution needs more than vault standards alone.
@enzymefinance is joining Rayls as a launch partner, adding fund infrastructure to the ecosystem across issuance, structuring, administration, NAV accounting, subscription management, and institutional fee frameworks.
For Rayls, this matters because bringing institutional assets onchain requires the broader operating stack around them, not just the vault layer.

We’re pleased to have @CryptoAlgebra joining Rayls as a launch partner.
Algebra adds the trading layer to the Rayls ecosystem, enabling swaps, liquidity pools, and DEX functionality on the Rayls Public Chain.
For Rayls, this matters because a functioning onchain economy needs credible exchange infrastructure from day one.

We’re pleased to have @lagoon_finance joining Rayls as a launch partner.
Lagoon adds vault infrastructure to the Rayls ecosystem, enabling tokenised fund deployment, access control, fee management, and investor-facing reporting.
For Rayls, this matters because institutional asset managers need compliant infrastructure to launch and distribute yield products onchain.

We’re pleased to have @0xPredicate joining Rayls as a launch partner.
Predicate adds compliance controls to the Rayls ecosystem, enabling rule-based transaction policies such as KYC gates, transfer restrictions, spending limits, and counterparty controls.
For Rayls, this matters because compliant asset distribution and regulated payments need policy enforcement built into the flow, not added later.

We’re pleased to have @LayerZero_Core joining Rayls as a launch partner.
LayerZero adds bridge infrastructure to the Rayls ecosystem, enabling assets and OFT-standard tokens to move in and out of the network from connected chains.
For Rayls, this matters because interoperability is what allows capital and tokenised assets to reach Rayls from wherever they currently sit.
