The Fed likes to hike into a leveraging cycle and cut as soon as the deleveraging starts. The problem they have in practice is threading the needle by not cutting too aggressively at the first sign of deleveraging and restarting the party.

If AI gets good enough they can start hiring dogs to create their products!
What the heck... GOOG, CAT, AMZN and INTC all getting crushed?
BREAKING: Amazon stock, $AMZN, collapses over -12% after reporting weaker than expected Q3 earnings.
The stock has now erased -$315 billion worth of market cap in after hours trading.

Google reported negative free cash flow of $9 billion in Q3, driven by massive capital expenditures on AI infrastructure (property & equipment spending up 114% YoY to $51 billion). This was Google's largest decline in free cash flow ever and only the second quarterly decline in the company's history (first was in Q2). $GOOGL

This is a winning message.
Very strategic.
As I said yesterday. You don’t want to be in AI stocks if the Dems win the House and the Senate.

Democrats going full slopulism has led to some decent legislation.
I’m stunned.
