Excited to share the newest work from our lab. Like many, we've become interested in MPRAs. In collaboration with @DjuranovicLab, we found that they don't always work the way you expect. MPRA users, beware!

Splicing was not what we expected to be studying, but it turns out to be pretty interesting! For the splicers out there, we learned some interesting new things about splicing regulation and impacts of splicing on transcription. Please give it a read!
