People need to take a hard look at this video. She accused Stefon Diggs of serious assault allegations, was seen dancing and enjoying life shortly after, then was found to have lied under oath. Stefon was found NOT GUILTY. Yet where is the accountability?
This is the problem with false allegations. Even when a man is cleared, the accusation follows him forever. His name, reputation, career, and peace are permanently affected while the accuser often walks away untouched as if nothing happened. Shaking her BBL like she didn’t just lie under oath.
If someone knowingly lies about serious crimes, there should be real consequences. Without accountability, false accusations will continue destroying lives while society pretends the damage disappears after a “not guilty” verdict. It doesn’t. The accusation alone becomes the punishment.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️There are MULTIPLE new developments in the federal litigation involving Demoree Hadley and Desiree Perez.
Judge Beth Bloom has issued THREE new paperless orders, ALL DENIALS, while Perez has separately filed formal OBJECTIONS challenging a Magistrate Judge’s recommendation in another sanctions/disqualification dispute.
1. MOTION FOR SANCTIONS AGAINST DESIREE PEREZ — DENIED
The Court DENIED a motion seeking sanctions against Desiree Perez for allegedly👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Violating the Court’s August 13, 2026 privilege order.
• Obstructing her August 28, 2026 deposition.
Judge Bloom stated “There is no basis for the relief requested.”
2. MOTION TO STRIKE THE AMENDED COMPLAINT — DENIED
Judge Bloom also DENIED a motion seeking to STRIKE Hadley’s Amended Complaint.
The Court emphasized that striking a pleading is a SERIOUS SANCTION and found it was NOT warranted because there was no clear record of👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Delay
• Contumacious conduct
• Bad faith
• Fraud on the Court.
So the Amended Complaint remains intact.
3. MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION — DENIED
Judge Bloom separately DENIED another Motion for Reconsideration.
4. DESIREE PEREZ FILES OBJECTIONS TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE’S RECOMMENDATION
Perez has now filed formal OBJECTIONS to Magistrate Judge Lauren F. Louis’s October 15 Report and Recommendation concerning Perez’s separate request to Strike Hadley’s Amended Complaint; OR, Disqualify Hadley’s attorney, Hilton Napoleon II.
The Magistrate Judge had recommended that request be DENIED.
Perez is now asking Judge Bloom to conduct a DE NOVO REVIEW, meaning an independent review of the challenged portions of that recommendation.
Perez argues, among other things, that the Magistrate Judge👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Improperly relied on unsworn attorney argument over eight sworn declarations.
• Should have held an evidentiary hearing concerning disputed allegations of bad faith.
• Treated alleged false testimony and evidence issues as ordinary credibility disputes.
• Failed to consider Hadley’s alleged misconduct cumulatively.
• Incorrectly declined to disqualify Napoleon as trial counsel.
Perez specifically argues that Napoleon could become a material adverse witness because of alleged statements he previously made concerning Hadley’s truthfulness.
She is asking Judge Bloom to👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
• Reject the Magistrate Judge’s recommendation
• Conduct an EVIDENTIARY HEARING
• Reconsider sanctions
•Disqualify Napoleon from serving as Hadley’s trial attorney, or potentially from further representation depending on the Court’s findings.
• Require Hadley to obtain substitute counsel if disqualification is ordered.
