In 1937 FDR, fresh off winning 46 of 48 states, tried to add up to six justices. His own party controlled the Senate, and its Judiciary Committee still killed it: "a measure which should be so emphatically rejected that its parallel will never again be presented."
The Court has had 9 seats since 1869. In 2021 a bill was introduced to make it 13. That same year the House passed DC statehood, 216-208.
Change the referee, add 4 senators, legalize millions of new voters, and you don't win the next election. You win all of them.
I live in Europe. I know what it looks like when one side treats the rules as a tool.

@0xgalt will be updating to show a red flag when coins do this. I don’t think people realize this is more proof that the trenches desperately need Larpcheck and there is no ceiling to where we will go when led by such a committed dev. This gives me hope in a sea of blood.
