We sincerely thank the University Council, led by Dr. @MagaraLorna, and management, under the leadership of @ProfNawangwe, for their continued support in enabling disadvantaged girls to access higher education at @Makerere.
The allocation of over UGX 700,000,000 for every recruited cohort represents a substantial investment by the University towards @GovUganda's efforts to promote equity and inclusivity in education. This funding is vital in reducing vulnerability and addressing gender inequality across the lifecycle.
