During #HealthcareQualityWeek, we’re highlighting the work underway through the Age-Friendly Approaches to Specialty Ambulatory Care grant from the Council of Medical Specialty Societies linkedin.com/company/council… (CMSS), with funding from The John A. As part of our project, Expanding Age-Friendly Approaches to Urology Care, we are working with urology practices to pilot a urology-specific implementation guide for the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework—What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility.
The pilot will help us refine practical resources that support age-friendly care across the urology community.
