Our Nebbi Field Office, under the Her Access: SGBV&SRHR Response Project, supported by @unwomenuganda, @EUinUG through the @UNSpotlight, paid a courtesy visit to @actionaiduganda’s shelter in Nebbi District to strengthen collaboration in supporting survivors. 🤝
The engagement reaffirmed the importance of coordinated referrals between legal aid and shelter services, ensuring survivors can access safe accommodation, psychosocial support and legal assistance. With FIDA-Uganda’s return to Nebbi, the two partners are looking to strengthen collaboration on survivor referrals, police linkages, family reintegration and access to justice through legal representation and case follow-up.
