November is men's mental health month - men put on a mask to even those around them, because we are supposed to be the strong ones. It's hard to even know when men are feeling depressed since we don't feel as though we can talk about it.
Make sure you check in on the guys in your life, a kind word can mean more than you realize.

Navigating New Waters 🇺🇸
Navigating new waters can be intimidating. When uncertainty sets in, it’s tempting to turn back toward familiar waters, even when we remember the storms that nearly crushed us.
But just because those waters are familiar doesn’t mean they’re safe.
Sometimes, we have to find the courage to sail into the unknown, trust what we’ve learned, and believe that something better awaits us.
The greatest rewards in life may be found in waters we’ve never sailed before.
As we enter November, a month when we honor our Veterans, let’s also remember those still fighting battles we cannot see.
We’ve all heard the phrase “22 a day” in reference to Veteran suicide. Behind that reminder are real people, families, and lives that matter.
To my fellow Veterans: You don’t have to navigate every storm alone. There’s no shame in asking for a hand, changing course, or leaving behind waters that are destroying your peace.
You’ve survived storms you once thought would sink you. Don’t be afraid to discover what lies beyond them.
Check on your brothers and sisters. Sometimes, a simple conversation can make all the difference.
🇺🇸 Semper Fidelis. Never leave a brother or sister behind.

A Marine escort brings a fallen soldier home. Strangers stop what they’re doing and show a level of respect that words barely explain.
No explosions. No battlefield heroics. Just a uniformed officer, a flag-draped coffin, and ordinary people who understand the weight of a soldier’s sacrifice.
The most heartbreaking part? The man being honored will never know how many people respected his final journey.

Sometimes the greatest act of patriotism is refusing to let a hero be forgotten. 🦅🫡
This hurts, but even at the end she still made his fault while dusting a little accountability on her self.
