Update on federal criminal probe into Fulton County's handling of the 2020 election.
Earlier this year, Dan Bishop, the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of North Carolina and one of at least two U.S. Attorneys empowered by the Attorney General to conduct the probe, sought the contact information and job descriptions of hundreds of people (possibly more than a thousand) who worked for, contracted with, or volunteered for Fulton County in the 2020 election.
Fulton County fought the subpoena and won. A district judge quashed it last month. (See quoted post)
Bishop has now filed an appeal with the 11th Circuit.
Fauci plead the Fifth AFTER he was informed by @HawleyMO he had no such protections due to his pardon.
By continuing to exercise his Fifth amendment, Fauci has refused to accept his pardon. Indict him.

The full SAVE America Act was attached to the NDAA. It passed the House today.
A watered-down version of the SAVE America Act that promises financial incentives to states that voluntarily adopt voter ID over a ten-year period was attached to the Reconciliation 3.0 framework. It also passed the House today.
John Thune is going to cave to the Democrats and his fellow RINOs, remove the full SAVE America Act from the NDAA, and pass it.
Then he is going to pass the meaningless watered-down version of the SAVE Act in Reconciliation 3.0. This allows Thune and his RINOs to hit the campaign trail and say “we did something.”
This is why over the past week you’ve been hearing the RINOs saying, “We’re going to try to get as much of the SAVE Act as possible passed.”
They’ve been conditioning you to accept scraps again.
