1: Many thanks to everyone who helped me get reinstated.
2: There are two things going on: a litigant in India is attempting to sue me. Then, at the same time, a large brigade hit X on my account reporting most of everything I've ever posted on the platform, reporting my profile, reporting my banner, reporting my username, and reporting my handle, attacking the whole content surface of my account.
3: I had a brief discussion today about how my account was handled at X. I am not going to say who it was with or any detail beyond this: It appears my account was transported through every status under the sun at X. One or more X employees wanted to leave a hold on my account for my profile name "Desi H-1Bhenchods", as the term is super-offensive in India. It isn't in the USA, because the USA is not a Hindutva culture region. I don't live in India, and rarely do I ever want to engage with "South Asia". But we are forced to do so against our will here under the Terms and Conditions of this website. As you can see, that also was finally overridden. I was restored before I even had an opportunity to file an appeal.

An urgent plea to all Americans/Patriots/MAGAs, who see this tweet. Please share it with your friends and loved ones.
Today is the last day to submit comments in favor of $103K fees to be imposed on H-1 B workers.
Foreign adversaries are mobilizing masses (esp. H1B workers) to leave comments against these proposed fees.
They argue that only comments made against the rules, outweighing the ones in favor, give them grounds to challenge it in court and have it defeated/reversed.
2 weeks ago, a judge overruled the implementation of restricting F1 foreign students' unlimited stay to 4 year max because of more comments against that new rule.
We need more Americans and patriots leaving comments in favor of these rules than foreign adversaries. There are 1 million+ foreign workers in the USA asking not to implement the new rules by leaving comments against these new rules.
Please help your country instead of these foreign workers!
Please read this full thread here to understand it.

Americans and patriots, there are currently 2 new rules proposed by DHS to curb work visa fraud. We need your help to leave comments in favor of the new rules being proposed by DHS.
Foreign adversaries opposing these rules have surpassed us by a huge margin with more tailored comments, provided by visa cartels and immigration attorneys, opposing these new rules.
Lawsuits are being filed to rescind previously approved rules due to more opposing comments on those rules.
Please do your patriotic duty to the nation. Both of these rules have more public comments opposing the rules.
Here is the '$103K H1B fee for H1B workers' proposed rule to leave comments in favor of it.

There should be zero H1B renewals.
If the U.S. Navy can take a civilian off the street and train them to operate a nuclear submarine in under three years, Amazon can train an American for a tech seat in the same window.
Every H-1B renewal is a confession. The job was never temporary. The company had years to recruit, hire, or train a citizen. It renewed the visa instead.
There is no shortage of American labor.
That is a preference for lower pay and the compliance that comes from hiring VISA labor from a trillion dollar company with record profits.
Dump the renewal path.
Hire and train Americans.
They Don't Work For You.
If you trained your replacement or watched a renewal lock a seat that should have opened, say so in the comments. Like share and bookmark this. Follow for more.
