This man told the mourners that anyone who wanted to cry for his mother should do so, because she was expected to die. He asked how an 80-year-old could take care of young people.
He added that rich people practice family planning, while the destitute do not. Unfortunately, he forgot that sometimes circumstances compel young people to send their children to live with their grandparents—not by choice.

I scored straight As in economics from term one at A-level. I foolishly turned down a government scholarship to study finance at Kyambogo. I switched to Makerere Law School to escape heavy mathematics. Now I'm practising law for peanuts in a lawless society. It's demoralising.

Many now see Hon.Balaam as their “saviour.” However, it is concerning that most of the interdicted officers were not present to defend themselves. I hope they will be given an opportunity to be heard before any conclusions are drawn.

29 District Government officials/ Workers including District Engineer, CAO, DEO, etc of Kisoro District were Arrested and Interdicted from offices for Abuse of Office and CORRUPTION.
Minister for Local Government Hon. Balaam Barugahara ordered.
No more POLITENESS to CORRUPTION.

The councilor was Arrested.
Teacher was told to pay 15,000,000 million shillings.
