TLDR this mod runs on GTA IV Complete Edition 1.0.2.0. This version of IV CE removes songs from the radio due to copyright expiry, on top of being completely incompatible with mods from 1.0.8.0 or 1.0.7.0. Most mods for IV from the past 15y+ are on these two versions.
