Digital dollars today are overwhelmingly denominated in USD, leaving the Canadian dollar with little meaningful presence onchain.
For Canadians, that has meant relying on another country’s currency to move money digitally.
CADC was built to address that gap, and as of this week it comes with a prospectus.
The Ontario Securities Commission has issued a receipt for the final prospectus of CADC Reserve Trust, dated October 22, 2026. The Prospectus qualifies the distribution of CADC Tokens in each of the provinces and territories of Canada.
This offering is only made by prospectus. The Prospectus is accessible through SEDAR+ under the profile of the Issuer, CADC Reserve Trust. Investors should read the Prospectus before making an investment decision.
