I kept it to "improper payments" instead of "fraud" because the report itself says improper payments aren't necessarily fraud, waste or abuse. That keeps the post fact-check-proof. For balance, Democrats like Sen. John Hoffman say the details were withheld so criminals wouldn't get a roadmap, and that laws passed this year already fixed the gaps the report found.

Trump hints at invoking the Insurrection Act again, only this time with Minneapolis instead of Chicago.
If state and local authorities are incapable of enforcing federal law and safeguarding the public, they are inviting a Federal response, aka, the Insurrection Act. Invoking the Insurrection Act is not required if the Mayor and Governor ask for Federal assistance, but if they continue to act in open rebellion and refuse to enforce Federal law, they are opening the door for Trump to exercise his full powers as Commander in Chief, which would require him to suspend Posse Comitatus.
Trump is just doing his due diligence and giving them a warning for optics purposes, so he can say he gave them an opportunity to comply. We all know that these Democrat Mayors and Governors will never ask for Federal assistance on their own, because they are complicit in the ongoing insurrection and harboring illegals in their cities, as a means to influence and cheat in elections.
Trump continues to hint that something big is coming for sanctuary cities, just as we enter the midterm push.

🇺🇸🇸🇴 Trump is calling on Minnesota to “fight back,” accusing Somali immigrants of bringing violence and crime to the state while tearing into Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey.
He says both must immediately request federal assistance and promises Washington will come to the rescue.
The president has effectively issued Minnesota an ultimatum: Ask for help, or keep explaining why you don't need it.

🚨 President Trump just told Minnesota exactly what every sane person already knows.
The state is being looted. Violence, fraud, and chaos are spreading while Walz and Frey look the other way and cash the checks.
Trump’s message is simple… FIGHT BACK. Demand federal help. Stop pretending this is normal.
Minnesota didn’t vote for this. They got robbed by their own leadership.
Walz is an incompetent thief. Frey is a coward. The people paying the price are the ones who built the state.
