Got big news coming this next week. Just got a new job covering the Hornets and will be starting next week 👀👀.
I'm so excited for Hive After Five
The Charlotte Hornets have partnered with Lincoln Property and Vision Ventures to acquire Queen City Quarter (formerly the EpiCentre) in uptown Charlotte, per @CBJnewsroom. 🏙️
What do they have in mind for this space?
Remember when Tepper put playoff expectations on this team at the beginning of the season? Yeah man, heads were gonna roll if it got this bad.
Evero was gonna be the guy.
I still have no idea how Carolina scored 19 points with a real chance to tie that game.
I mean yeah, turnovers, but still. 19 points in that environment is insane.
The Packers pressured Bryce Young on 47% of dropbacks tonight, per @NextGenStats. Last week vs Tampa it was 52%.
Offensive line situation is a real, real problem right now.

Very happy to share that after 3 seasons serving as @CharlotteMBB’s in-arena host, I’ll be the new PA Announcer for 49ers Men’s Basketball. I’m also grateful to be the Hornets back-up PA for a third season.
In more exciting news… Charlotte basketball now has a $2.99 menu.
Guys he’s not wrong. Charlotte really stole from NOLA here.
You can't take a step on Bourbon Street without bumping into a Muggsy jersey. New Orleans relished that era.
Muggsy practically built the Smoothie King Center.

Per @WalkerMehl, 8 billion
Per @spotrac the Hornets have two rostered players currently playing on expiring deals; Grant Williams and Moussa Diabaté.
You have to re-sign Moussa, right? What's the highest AAV you're comfortable signing him to? And for how long?
Re-sign Grant or trade him? 🤔
