America is a republic, not an empire. Congress must: 1. Support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. 2. Defend the borders of our own country. 3. Represent the citizens (not the inhabitants) of the United States. 4. Protect their freedom, property, autonomy, and American sovereignty with justice, free commerce, fair trade, and focused diplomacy. 5. As required by Aricle IV, Section 4 of the Constitution, ensure every state has a republican form of government for its citizens. 6. Sound money is essential to defending freedom. While debased fiat may be constitutional, its implications are not compatible with the equal protection clause. America can afford a government small enough to fit within the Constitution. The other nonsense is bankrupting our country financially and morally.

STAY ALERT. Make a plan. 🙏
Middle East: Due to tensions in the Middle East, the security environment remains complex with the potential for unforeseen escalation. Americans currently in the Middle East should exercise heightened vigilance and be aware of potential flight cancellations, airspace closures, and travel disruptions. Iranian-supported Houthis have engaged in hostilities against Saudi Arabia, including civilian airports. This military conflict has the potential to escalate rapidly. Americans outside the Middle East should seriously reconsider travel to and through the region. Those who do travel to or from the region should monitor information about airport and airline operations. U.S. diplomatic facilities, including outside the Middle East, have been targeted. Iran and groups supportive of Iran may target other U.S. interests overseas or at locations associated with the United States and Americans throughout the world, including U.S. businesses and other institutions. This week House Democrats opposed legislation compelling states to cooperate with these federal fraud investigations. House Republicans passed the bill. Then the Senate's 60-vote rule allowed Senate Democrats to block the bill. We're losing our country, Democrats accomplices, and the Senate continues to fail us. The House has hundreds of good bill dying in the Senate. The Senate makes their own rules, but I wish they could make themselves more effective. Thankfully, the Trump Administration is finding the fraud anyway.
Fraudsters FOILED in San Diego. A dozen individuals were arrested for their role in a multi-million-dollar childcare fraud scheme. The patriots @HSI_HQ are hard at work with our @WHFraudTF partners in stopping this flagrant theft of taxpayer dollars.

When is somebody going to jail? Soon. Very soon.
BREAKING: The DOJ has made MULTIPLE arrests this morning after MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars meant for homelessness in California were STOLEN And ended up being used to fund a HIGH END NIGHTCLUB near LA "The taxpayers did NOT sign up to fund this nightclub." Per DOJ, the owner of a nonprofit called Home at Last allegedly ran a web of shell corporations to pocket funds earmarked for homeless housing, then used the money to open a high-end restaurant and nightclub in Inglewood. That's in ADDITION to almost $50,000 spent on a luxury trip to Tahiti. $140,000 to remodel a vintage Chevy. Over $1 million for the lounge. Absolutely infuriating.

The easy way to fix inflation would be cutting federal spending. Instead, the Fed's going to continue its 100-year tradition of crushing the real economy so Washington can keep spending like meth addicts with your credit card.

TODAY WAS ABSOLUTELY INSANE IN THE STOCK MARKET. Here’s everything you need to know: 1. The Fed delivered its first rate hike in three years, lifting the funds rate 25 basis points to a 3.75%–4.00% range. 2. The vote was unanimous, and Chair Kevin Warsh said inflation "is too high and has been for too long." 3. Stocks were green into the 2 p.m. decision, then sold off hard once Warsh’s hawkish press conference landed. 4. The dot plot showed most officials expect at least one more hike this year, so this was not sold as a one and done. 5. The Dow took the worst of it, dropping 631 points as financials, energy, and transports got hit. 6. $NVDA, $DELL, and $INTC finished higher as chips bounced even while the broader tape cracked. 7. The 2-year yield jumped after the announcement, and the dollar extended its winning streak. 8. Warsh refused to give forward guidance, saying he is "not in the forward guidance business." 9. President Trump criticized the hike, putting the new Fed chair immediately at odds with the White House. 10. The S&P 500 fell 0.4%, the Dow dropped 1.2%, and the Nasdaq was basically flat. And that’s just ONE trading day. Are you ready for tomorrow?

Long the Fed. Short the dollar.
BREAKING: Nasdaq 100 futures surge over +1.5% as dip buyers capitalize on the post-rate hike selloff. The asset owner economy just keeps getting better. Ignore the noise and it’s incredibly obvious.

My American Lending Fairness Act passed committee today. ✅ It protects borrowers' freedom to shop for whatever loan works best for them, regardless of which state the lender is chartered in. It also puts state-chartered banks and credit unions on equal footing with the largest national banks. More lenders competing for business means better rates for borrowers. I urge my colleagues to support it, and look forward to a full House vote.

No state has a right to federal funding. Making it conditional on cooperation to detect and prosecute fraud seems inherent. Since blue states refuse to cooperate, we passed a bill mandating cooperation. How could this be partisan? 🤔
🚨 BREAKING: The US House has just PASSED a bill that FORCES states -- including Minnesota and California -- to hand over ANY AND ALL information demanded by the Attorney General to investigate FRAUD against federal programs Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, unemployment insurance, various COVID-era funds, broadband grants, disaster assistance, and more are ALL included. Newsom is NOT going to be happy 🤣 Expose it ALL, @AGToddBlanche! 🔥

While China’s yields aren’t rising, they lack the market forces to expose the massive debt bombs planted by their shadow banking regime. Nevertheless, peace through strength makes a compelling story. Imagine a “communist” country with a smaller welfare state than western democracies, at peace since 1979, with massive infrastructure investments.
The yield crisis has gone global. Except for China. Yields are now up to 2007 levels in the US, 1998 levels in the UK, 2008 levels in Germany and France, and 1996 levels in Japan. In China? Government borrowing costs are near their lowest on record. This stark contrast is one of the most underlooked trends in the market. China's economy is in its own world.

With the benefit of hindsight, GENIUS released pressure necessary to force a decisive vote on the President's full digital asset executive order. While stablecoins have partially passed, what remains? Protect self-custody, completely ban CBDC, pass market structure (Clarity). Pressure and deadlines are essential. Perhaps both can be leveraged to restore focus to Clarity and pass the full agenda by year end? After all, the only Congress we control is the one we're in... PS: Plenty of pro-cryto Republicans shared my concerns on strategy and, like me, opposed GENIUS because it was and remains incomplete.

19-1 when the G20 voted to condemn non-market economies. The lone NO vote? China. Nevertheless, many G20 countries (like Canada) take America for granted to court favor with Xi Jinping. Another example of @SecScottBessent making a difference for the American people.
China promised to become a market economy when it joined the WTO. It never did, and its subsidies and state control over industry have undercut American workers and manufacturers. This month, @SecScottBessent got 19 other G20 members to condemn non-market economies for flooding the world with cheap exports. China was the only one that refused to sign. President Trump isn't letting China skate by on a broken promise. Holding them to fair trade is how American businesses become competitive again.

Today, Democrats will likely prove bad faith negotiators on the Clarity Act. Some Republicans have continued to add more government claiming it's necessary to convince Democrats. They too should be exposed for corrupting Clarity into bloatware and account-based surveillance. Discard the shackles and adopt a clean, bright line test identifying securities, commodities, and real world assets in statute. Protect self-custody, developers, and the right to transact privately. Otherwise, brace for a return of Gensler-esque chaos if the executive branch is ever controlled by Democrats.

I'm drafting a bill to regulate Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) as counterfeit money. Planning a CBDC? Conspiracy. Designing a CBDC? Same as designing counterfeit plates. Launching CBDC? Counterfeiting. Prison for counterfeiters and their accomplices. No CBDC!

Freedom surrendered is rarely reclaimed. Keep calm & defend freedom. 🇺🇸
Freedom is America's most influential export, and it depends on Congress keeping government small enough to fit within the Constitution by enforcing the Fourth Amendment, defending free speech, and protecting the freedom to transact. Lose those limits, and we lose the example the world follows.

🤔 Own nothing and be happy? No thanks! Nevertheless, this wicked agenda is always on the House and Senate calendar. Instead, let's return to first principles and restore a government small enough to fit within the Constitution.

Section 305 of the Clarity Act needs removed before passage. Section 305 lets exchanges and stablecoin issuers pause a suspicious transaction for 30 days, extendable to 180 days on a written request from law enforcement. Companies get a safe harbor from civil lawsuits if they freeze funds in good faith. Customers may get little or no timely notice or chance to contest the freeze in court first. Effectively, civil asset forfeiture. The right to transact pre-dates government. It should not be infringed without due process or informed consent. To abridge this right, they are working to make all payments account-based and permissioned. This completely defeats the point of crypto: permission-less, peer-to-peer payments at the speed of light.
