Extreme rainfall near Bogalusa, Miss. last night. One AccuWeather Ambient gauge (not in the max area!) got 9 inches in 3 hours. The West Hobolochitto Creek near McNeill rose from 5 to 18 feet overnight.
If we end up with an Enhanced SPC Risk Monday, it will be the first one since last Wed. Oct. 21 BUT before that there was not one dating back to Sept. 3!
HOWEVER, the state of Oklahoma's last Enhanced Risk was way back on July 4! For Texas, the last Enhanced was Aug 25.
Up to 180,000 customers lost power in the Anchorage, Alaska area earlier today due to high winds. The number is down to 44K now.
