Your app is only fast because 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘆. ask Claude Opus 5.5 for a list with related data and it writes a loop that hits the database once per row. Instant on 20 test rows, dead at 10,000. It's the top reason vibe-coded apps die on launch day have it hunt them before your users do: "Find every place this code runs a query inside a loop, or fires one per item while rendering a list, the N+1 pattern. For each, show the file and how many queries it fires for 100 items, then rewrite the worst one into a single query. Show me the diff first." Speed on test data isn't speed. It's a 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿:

Vibecoders, 𝗜'𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂, add these lines to your AGENTS.md: "Don't re-read a file you've already read this session unless it changed." "On any task over five steps, write the plan to a file first and update it after each step, so a crash or a compaction never costs us the thread." Most of your Claude Opus 5.5 usage doesn't go on thinking. It goes on the model 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄.

Stop asking Opus 5.5 and Grok Bot if it's done. It will always say yes. Instead, the moment it reports done, make it 𝗮𝗿𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. Put this in your CLAUDE.md: "After you believe a task is finished, spawn a subagent whose only job is to prove it is NOT done. It hunts for the stub, the untested path, the edge case you skipped, and writes a failing test for each one it finds. You only get to say done when that subagent comes back empty-handed. Show me what it tried." The agent that built the code is the worst judge of it. A second one paid to break it is the 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁. Don't ask your agent if it's done. Make it prove it isn't.
f*cking insane. Elon says Grok Bot can pay for itself, so i gave it one rule: "pay for yourself or you're fired" three bots in one group chat, each with its own memory: the scout reads every post on X and Reddit in my niche and never touches my drafts the builder turns every idea it brings back into 3 things: a reply, a post and a landing page the closer wakes up on a nightly routine and hunts stuck tasks, dead ideas and drafts nobody approved → i approve a draft: it ships, so the company learns from what sells, not only from what it reads → a draft has no price on it: the closer pings me instead of guessing one → an idea sits 7 days without moving: it gets killed a one-person company can look busy for months while making zero dollars Scout finds. Builder makes. Closer checks. every task has to show: > the idea > the post it came from > the last day it moved paste this into Grok Bot: "Build me a one-person company with three bots in one group chat. A 1.4% success rate for SURGERY robots in an OPERATING ROOM good grief
We gave 10 frontier AI models control of a surgical robot in a simulated operating room. Across 800 trials, only two models completed the task at all: Gemini 4 Argon nine times, and GPT-6 Astra twice. Models claimed success 213 times. Every claim was wrong. In 94 of them, the robot never touched the object. Introducing Dual-Arm Sim, our new robotics benchmark evaluating how well frontier models can control embodiments in simulated environments. More info in thread around what we tested and found.

f*cking insane. Elon says Grok Bot can run a whole studio, so i gave mine one rule: "turn every recording into posts or you're fired" three bots in one group chat, each with its own memory: the clipper watches every podcast, video and voice note you drop and never touches your drafts the writer rewrites every draft that clip touches, usually 3 of them: a thread, a short and a newsletter the editor wakes up on a nightly routine and hunts stale clips, sourceless drafts and posts nobody approved → you approve a draft: it posts, so the studio learns from use, not only from reading → a draft has no timestamp: the editor tags you instead of quietly guessing one → a clip goes 7 days without moving: it gets cut a one-person studio can look busy while posting the wrong thing Clipper finds. Writer shapes. Editor cuts. every draft has to show: > the clip > the recording it came from > the date it last moved paste this into Grok Bot: "Build me a one-person studio with three bots in one group chat. Keep my recordings untouched in sources/, maintain drafts/ yourself, post nothing without my yes and run a nightly check for stale clips. Show me the structure first. Do not create anything until I confirm" start with one show you actually publish, not your whole archive full setup below

grok bot can now build and run a full animation review on one game character... the trick is separating the motion from the review, but there's a smart way to set it up: - step 1: connect grok bot to blender through MCP and let it scan the rig before anything else - step 2: drop in the soldier with his own clips: bind pose, idle, walk, run - step 3: grok bot checks every loop: first frame, last frame, any hitch in between - step 4: it adds a short blend between each clip so idle melts into walk and walk into run - step 5: it builds the review stage: grey grid, soft sun, clip name, timer and a 1/4 counter on screen - step 6: the soldier turns slowly the whole time, so every angle gets seen once - step 7: you watch it once, say yes or no per clip, and export only what passed and the two rules that make it work... the tool that animates is never the one that judges every clip gets checked from every angle before it touches the game 4 clips, 26 seconds, zero broken frames. this is how solo devs ship like a team full Grok Bot setup in the article below ↓

Claude Code with Grok Bot just found proof that the keyboard on your iPhone can read everything you type. WhatsApp, Safari, Instagram, your bank app. a "free" keyboard was sending it out 2,416 times a day. i have the logs to prove it. i've had a weird feeling about my phone for weeks but tonight something happened that made me finally check. i was texting my brother about a used car i wanted to buy. never searched it. never said it out loud. just typed it in WhatsApp. 20 minutes later i open Instagram and my feed is full of that exact car. same model. same color. my brother texted me "bro why are you sending me car ads." i said i didn't. but i knew something was wrong. i opened my MacBook and ran Claude Code that same night. it went through my home Pi-hole log, every request my iPhone made since midnight. 18,342 of them. not just from the apps i had open. from everything running on the phone, including stuff i forgot i even installed. what it found: → Instagram → 212 requests → WhatsApp → 388 → K*yboard Pro → 2,416 a keyboard. a "free fonts" keyboard i downloaded in February and used maybe twice. Full Access turned on since 14 Feb. then Claude Code matched every request to what i was doing on the phone at that moment: → WhatsApp → 1,120 requests, every time i typed a message → Safari → 806, every search and every login form → my bank app → 490, on the screen where i type my password → screen locked → zero. it only woke up when i typed the last one went out at 00:58:41. three minutes before Claude Code found it. the scariest one was the bank. 490 requests from the one screen where i type my password. every day. for 8 months. then i checked my mom's phone on the same network. same keyboard. different fonts, same domains. she installed it because i told her about it. i asked Claude Code how this was even possible. when you add a keyboard on iPhone it asks you to "Allow Full Access", and Apple's own warning says a keyboard with full access can send anything you type to its developer. passwords, card numbers, messages. nobody reads that screen. the fonts don't work without it, so everyone taps allow. and it's not just one sketchy app. in 2024 Citizen Lab tested 9 of the most popular keyboard apps. 8 of them leaked what people typed. close to 1 billion users. what i did: → Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Edit → deleted it → deleted the app itself, not just the keyboard → changed my bank and email passwords from my laptop, not from my phone → turned off Full Access for every keyboard that isn't Apple's Claude Code checked the log again an hour later. zero requests from the keyboard. did the same on my mom's phone. took about 2 minutes per phone. my feed went back to normal the next day. no more car. that's when i knew for sure. the full step by step and the prompt are in the first reply. takes 2 minutes. save it so you don't lose it and send it to anyone who's ever downloaded a "cute" keyboard. yours might be doing it right now.

HOLY SH*T. my Grok Bot trading bot just closed its first month up $8,412. THANKS ELON for a year i kept chasing one question: what can make money while i'm asleep so i opened Grok Bot one night and we tore apart every side income idea we could find almost all of them wanted customers, hours or a lucky break one wanted none of that: a bot for the Polymarket crypto markets so we pulled apart every bot already winning there and kept what worked why crypto: → a fresh "Ethereum up or down" market opens every 15 minutes, 96 of them a day → the ETH price is on every screen, nobody has an edge you can't see → each market settles in 15 minutes, so a bad idea dies in a day, not a month it took us weeks of testing. here's where we landed: → only the 15-minute ETH markets → it does nothing until about 4 minutes are left → ETH sits within $2 of where the window opened, but the losing side is already 15-35¢ → it takes that cheap side anyway. it still lands 41% of the time → when one side breaks away for real, it buys the leader around 55¢ → it almost never pays over 72¢, roughly 1 buy in 12 → it sits out 6 windows of every 10. $12 a bet, $140 max on the clearest setups 30 days since we turned it on: → +$8,412 → green 27 days out of 30 → worst day: -$44 → 4,118 fills, and it's trading while you read this honest part: the first two versions lost money. version one bought every cheap side it saw and the fees ate it alive, version two waited so long it missed half its fills want to build your own? here's the team behind mine: → Watcher pulls the Chainlink ETH price these markets settle on and prices each side's real odds → Trader buys on its own, only when a side is 6+ points too cheap after the fee → Auditor goes through every fill each morning and freezes everything after 2 red days in a row → Grok Bot routines can't react inside a 4-minute window, so Builder wrote the terminal that does the trading. it lives on a $5/month server, never sleeps and talks to Polymarket directly paste this into Grok Bot to start: "build me a Polymarket desk for the 15-minute "Ethereum Up or Down" markets with four bots: Watcher, Trader, Auditor and Builder. Watcher reads the Chainlink ETH/USD price the markets settle on and prices each side's real odds. Trader buys any side 6+ points too cheap after the fee, never above 72¢, $12 a bet. Auditor checks every fill each morning and freezes trading after 2 red days. Builder writes a lightweight terminal for a cheap server so it reacts in seconds. run everything on paper first and only let Trader use real money after a green week" full Grok Bot setup in the article below, my wallet in the reply ↓ i'm already pointing the next bot at the SOL markets. follow so you catch the wallet the day it goes live

grok bot got me 4 paid brand deals in 9 days. i didn't hire a manager. i set up a grok bot and gave it a title: deals hunter it studies the brands who pay creators, breaks down why every sponsored post works, and keeps a pitch file i send from. here's the full playbook 👇
i spent 1,842 hours writing 3,478 posts and made $0... not because my content was bad... because i never built a brand worth paying for here's how to build a personal brand AI can't copy and monetize it in 30 days 👇

Claude Code tip: your agent writes code faster than you can review it. so 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁. Claude's official security plugin flips it. Every bug one agent finds goes to 𝟯 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴. If 2 of them can't, it's real and it makes the report. fix that with three lines in Claude Code (on Opus 5.5): /plugin install claude-security@claude-plugins-official /reload-plugins /claude-security scan the whole repo at high It sends agents through every file, and 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝟯 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁. Whatever's left is real. Then run it again, pick Suggest patches, and it hands you the fixes.

Claude Code found stalkerware on my sister's Android phone. a hidden app with no icon, called "System Service", that had been sending her location, messages and call log to a server every 15 minutes for 5 months. she told me her ex always seemed to know where she was. we thought she was being paranoid. i connected her phone to my MacBook with USB debugging on and ran Claude Code. it found a package with no launcher icon, installed by hand from an APK, not from the Play Store. package → com.sys.***.service server → 185.***.***.62 location → Netherlands last upload → 11 minutes ago installed → 5 months ago someone had her unlocked phone in their hands for about 2 minutes. that is all this kind of app needs. after that it hides itself and runs in the background. what it had access to: → accessibility service (it can read everything on the screen) → notification access (every message preview, every app) → device admin (so she couldn't uninstall it the normal way) → location, microphone, call log, SMS Google Play Protect was switched off. she never turned it off. that is the first thing these apps do. this is not rare. Kaspersky counted over 31,000 people hit by stalkerware in 2023 alone. and this kind of app needs someone holding the unlocked phone to install it. she didn't cry. she just went very quiet and asked how long. 5 months. what we did that night: → took screenshots of everything first, in case she needs it as evidence → removed device admin, then uninstalled the app → turned Play Protect back on and ran a full scan → changed her Google password and every other password from my phone, not hers → set a new screen lock pin that nobody else knows the full step by step is below. takes 3 minutes. run it on every phone in your house tonight. full setup below. takes 2 minutes. save it now so you don't lose it.
