18 YEAR OLD ARRESTED OVER SERIOUS SEXUAL ASSAULT IN GLASGOW
An 18 year old man has been arrested following reports of an alleged serious sexual assault in Glasgow city centre.
Police were alerted at around 10.10pm on Monday, 2nd November, following an incident in the Cathedral Street area.
Police Scotland confirmed the arrest, with enquiries into the alleged assault ongoing.
No further details about the victim or circumstances have been released.
No identify of the male confirmed.

A foreign man was seen waving a huge knife about in Whiteinch, climbing the outside of buildings and staring into a woman’s home. Locals also heard “Allahu Akbar” being shouted from his flat above.

The immigrant climbed out his window adove so he could get to the woman's window below.
If you live in these sandstone tenements you do not expect to see someone looking through your windows at all, never mind a foreign man with a knife.
I have spoke to a few locals already and they are angry. I would keep an eye on this

James Kettles of Maple Road, Oakbank, Perth removed by the community.
James Kettles (now 68) was convicted in 2021 of trying to groom a 13-year-old online.
The then-63-year-old Perth rail worker (a grandfather and former Network Rail employee) was found guilty at Perth Sheriff Court of attempting to communicate indecently with a child for sexual gratification. Between August and October 2019 (when he was about 61), he sent sexual messages to a decoy posing as 13-year-old “Ruby” on a dating site, asking about her body, school uniform and whether she was alone, and offering to go naked. He also filmed himself dancing topless in his trousers and singing “Ruby” while his wife was out.
A jury convicted him in about 30 minutes. He was placed on the Sex Offenders Register for three years, given 250 hours of unpaid work, supervision, and bans on parks, playgrounds and unsupervised contact with children.

Stuart McClure of Preta Street, Huntingtower removed by the community.
Stuart McClure, a 25-year-old from Huntingtower, Perthshire, was sentenced at Perth Sheriff Court in April 2025 after admitting he facilitated commercial sexual content involving a schoolgirl under 18.
In 2021, when he was 21 and she was 16, he managed OnlyFans-style accounts (mainly via Snapchat), took and uploaded degrading photos and videos—including of them having sex—arranged paid sexting sessions, and contacted her during school hours about customer requests. He claimed he ran similar accounts for around 11 other women and promised a 50/50 profit split, but over nearly eight months she received only £218.50 while he made an unknown amount.
Sheriff Grant McCulloch called him a “pimp,” saying he had involved a much younger girl in a “sex exploitation business” and shown little remorse. As a first-time offender with the court viewing the girl as a willing participant, McClure avoided jail. He was ordered to do 150 hours of unpaid work, placed under supervision for two years, put on the sex offenders’ register for two years, and given a three-year non-harassment order plus restrictions on new relationships and device use. The activity was uncovered after a classmate alerted school staff.
Peter Moffat of Market Street, Perth removed by the community.
Peter Moffat, of Market Street in Perth, was sentenced at Perth Sheriff Court after admitting he attempted to communicate indecently with a child and cause a child to view a sexual image. Between 25 October and 1 November 2024, the then-62-year-old exchanged messages on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp with a person he believed was a 13-year-old girl; in reality, he was talking to an adult vigilante paedophile hunter. He asked for intimate photographs and sent images of a penis. He was later confronted by the hunters and reported to police.
Sheriff David Hall described the offending as “extremely serious” and told Moffat he “only has himself to blame,” noting there was nobody else responsible. The court heard Moffat claimed he did not believe the girl was 13 because she looked older. He was placed on the sex offenders register for five years (until 2030), ordered to complete 250 hours of unpaid work within 18 months, and made subject to social work supervision. The sentence was imposed as a direct alternative to imprisonment. Moffat had a prior conviction unrelated to similar offences.
Steven Grant of Bute Drive, North Muirton, Perth. Removed by the community.
Steven Grant, then a 37-year-old former Black Watch lance corporal and head chef at Edinburgh Castle (now aged approximately 58), was jailed for 15 months at Perth Sheriff Court in October 2005 for sexually abusing young girls.
He admitted six charges of sexually abusing children aged between six and 13 at an address in Perth between December 1980 and March 1986. He targeted the girls while looking after them. The abuse continued for about two years after he joined the Army in 1984. His youngest victim was first subjected to serious sexual abuse during a game of “hide and seek” on her sixth birthday; the abuse of that girl continued for a number of years.
The court heard that one victim had tried to commit suicide, while the others suffered depression and required counselling. Grant had himself been abused as a child but did not accept what he had done to the girls. Sheriff Lindsay Foulis took into account Grant’s age at the time of the offences and the period that had elapsed when imposing the 15-month sentence.

Let’s deal with the claims Stand Up For Rapists have been circulating about me. They have clearly been rattled by a wee lone weegie. 🤭
First, Falkirk. They say I am part of Scottish Freedom Patriots. That is false. I am not a member of that group, or any other. I organise myself and I attend protests on my own. Anyone who has actually been at these events knows that.
They also claim I “attacked” an anti-racist rally in Falkirk in August 2026, including “throwing projectiles” and directing “misogynistic abuse and threats” at women and children. That is also false. Watch the video below closely. I am on the right of the frame, walking around and minding my own business. The people trying to wind things up are the left wing agitators on the left of the frame, not me. Being present is not the same as attacking anyone.
Second, the viral video from Perth, which has got @SUTRScotland shaking in their plimsols. They have called me a “far-right agitator, bully and rage-baiter” for standing my ground when two illegal migrants mouthed off at me in public for filming. If that is the charge, I will take it. Nothing I said in that clip was about race. They have tried to turn a public argument into a racism story because that suits their script. White, brown or black, if you walk past and start on me, you get the same answer. It is that simple.
Lastly, they have me down as a member of @AlbaDefensor, @ScottishCA and a pile of other groups. I am not in any of them. I do not know how they think I find the time. If any of those groups are actually recruiting, they are welcome to message me. 😉

David Gordon Cowling of May Place, North Muirton. Removed by the community.
David Gordon Cowling (born July 1939) is a convicted sex offender. He was head teacher of Balnacraig School in Perth, a residential List D school for girls in the care system, from May 1971 to September 1973.
During this period, when he was aged approximately 31 to 34, he committed sexual offences against two teenage girls at the school.
In October 2015 a jury at Perth Sheriff Court found him guilty of two sexual offence charges relating to the two girls. On 20 November 2015 he was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment.
